But Japan is very famous when it comes to anime and horror movies; no one can beat them.👌 For sure, his father was really proud of him, seeing Mackenyu living his dream come true.
How is it out of context? He made a valid point. He's saying he's basically reminding everyone he Japanese so that it negates anyone thinking of him as some anime obsessed American.
Yes, but he's a full Japanese (both parents are Japanese). He stayed in LA until he was in high school, and then moved to Japan where he also started working as an actor. When he turned 18, he denounced his American citizenship since Japan's laws only allow one nationality.

If they were to reboot Kuuga or ZX like they did with BlackSun and Amazons he should star as the main protagonist.
His father's dream is to have a Japanese actor in Hollywood, and I think he pursues Mackenyu to be in that place. That is why he planned for Mackenyu to be born and study in the US while still having the ethics of being Japanese. You know, the Japanese have difficulties with the American language; that's why it's hard for them to enter Hollywood. But Japan is very famous when it comes to anime and horror movies; no one can beat them.👌
For sure, his father was really proud of him, seeing Mackenyu living his dream come true.
Lmao. He's so random

He doesn't want to be accused of being a Weeaboo so he needs to remind people that he's a legit Japanese.
what is a "weeaboo"🤔
Bro,stop saying weeaboo around out of context, that's cringe af. Be normal.
How is it out of context? He made a valid point. He's saying he's basically reminding everyone he Japanese so that it negates anyone thinking of him as some anime obsessed American.
Because American come from many many many races. So, they maybe think that all of the cast are citizen of America.
No,I think It's because people don't assume that he's Japanese because he can speak fluent english.
Stand proud

Isn’t he Japanese-American? He grew up in Cali, didn’t he?
Yes, but he's a full Japanese (both parents are Japanese). He stayed in LA until he was in high school, and then moved to Japan where he also started working as an actor. When he turned 18, he denounced his American citizenship since Japan's laws only allow one nationality.
