This week on The Italian Radio Hour - No one better to talk about food, food trends, pasta shapes, and Rome than this week's guests: Dan Pashman and Katie Parla.
Both Dan and Katie don't need introductions as they are internationally known best selling authors, journalists, podcasters (and much more!). With their books, articles, and respective award winning podcasts have been keeping informed and educated on what's going on in the food scene.

Katie Parla is my #1 person to explore Foods of the Italian Islands, and my favorite to-go person while in Rome for many delicious recommendations. As if she wasn't busy enough, she is working on her next book that is currently under the nickname of "The Untitled Rome Book" as she will be sharing her own approach and research of a city that never sleeps, Rome!
