Thank you God Thank you, we finally have a thorough video of the AL37 Jetliner Build. Just wanted you to know how much I appreciate this. Although it appears easy ,I still like to follow along as reinforcement. You're great man!!👍👍
I like the full build better. I feel the speed builds don’t allow you to give your excellent build tips. You give the best build tips and narration of any of the other channels.
Well, you don't have to worry about a thing then, because there is absolutely NO building with these foamies! 10 minutes with a screwdriver, and 5 minutes with a little contact cement and you're done. No building, no brain work needed. It's so easy a cave man can do it. If you really want to actually build something, then you will have to buy a box of balsa. Then you can have a model that you can actually be proud of that's not like the other 1,000 at the flying field.
Love the full build Skip. Shows Pilots what to expect when they build their plane or jet. But opinions are like A-holes.... Don’t think I be getting one, I’m more of a military fan. But like the jet. I don’t know about Velcro on the two half’s but could figure out something on taking fuselage apart their.Think About 😳. Merry Christmas Skip & happy flying next year.👍🏻✌🏻🖖🏻
Yeah I'm more of a military guy to but that doesn't mean it can't be painted that way. Especially when the weather changes and I can do some outdoor spraying
29:15 Take a STRONG (e.g. Nd) magnet and rub the tip of your screw drivers some 10 times or so until they became "magnetic" - from then holding all small ferromagnetic screws in the future !
Thanks Buddy. I do that all the time. Another way to magnetize is wrap piece of insulated wire around end of driver and touch ends to charged battery and arc it a couple times. It will last for days
Awesome as always Skip......It would be neat to see this in Air Force Livery and Grey. Turn it into a KC Tanker....Make the fuel boom and area aft like a Real Kc Tanker. Almost like a KC-46 or 767. Cant wait to see her fly and which Scheme you go with Skip. Happy Holidays and Happy Flyin from Western Pa.
It was Great fun to watch you Skip figuring out how to "sneak" in to place the Landing gear without dropping it but you have not show to us how you did it... You may skip this question Skip but I have an other one! Where did you pluck the 8A 5V wire leads from the UBEC motor? Regards from Canada
Getting the wing on with gear up was just squeezing the tire wher it wants to catch, and then pushing it through. The other plug is a bec that supplies power to the receiver. plugs into batt/bind port of receiver. Just saw this. Sorry so late, Skip
Did you find a loose cable with what appears to be either a heat shrink or electric tape on the tip coming out of the wires that came already connected to the blue box of your Airplane when you first took it out the box?...Mine has one like that and I don't know if that is normal or if they sent me a defective one...Can you please tell me! 🤞🏾
I don't recall that. There is a wire that goes to the BEC, But that's all I remember. Call Motion and ask. They'll know. Maybe something got changed up in the second batch??? They do that sometimes I've noticed.
@@SkipBuiltRC That was the wire, the one that came from the BEC...Apparently that's normal according to them, so I should be good to go to start building my Airliner...👍🏽👍🏽 Thanks!
I just got one, open box with some slight yellow color. and Im starting to think WTH did I just get bc its so huge and I will need to take off the wings to transport it to the field and where am I going to store it? BIG EYES AND WANTING IT BUT not my best purchase. nice but I think I made a mistake on buying this bird.
@@shownuff891 Here's a link to the Motion RC video of the Blue box. Everything you need to know is there. If this doesn't helpthen contact me again. Thanks, Skip www.motionrc.com/products/freewing-multi-function-control-box-e-mcb-e#video-tab
Any idea on how to fix a problem I have on the rear lights? The rear left light is off and the one next to it is static, not really doing their job as strobe lights
Sounds like one of the connections in the rear is loose. The connectors they use don't fit together well and have to be pushed together at te terminals. They slide in the housing so they aren't in by much. I had to on my add ons, tape them tightly together.
@@SkipBuiltRC because of the gear issue, despite that great video! Have mine finished today and taking her tomorrow morning to the field depending on the weather

Really nice clock on that desk and interesting paintings at the walls (around the end of the 19th century ?) .
Nice job Skip!!!
Love this plane Skip Nice build 👌🛩️🛩️🛩️🛩️🛩️🛩️🛩️😀🌞
Nice Skip, surprised you were able to get wings in without dropping gear but good to know, thanks for a great family video as always buddy 👍🏼👍🏼💥🎄🎄
Thanks brother. I still can't wait to see what you do with yours you painting wizard you. LOL LOL give Tara a hug. And Merry Christmas y'all

Jeremy Solt did one exactly like that. But thanks. I still might.
Callie graphics...highly recommended...I haven't put mine together that's tomorrow but yup It's a big one
I need to remove the horizontal tails each time to bring it in my car. it goes together fast though!
You can try Velcro on the fuselage halves. That way if you need to take it apart during transport you can
Sorry that wont work and plus would look stupid
@@Mikeylikesit1968. I saw a video where someone else use that method when a large wing section. Anyway it was just a thought
I think the instructions said the white tape can be used to cover the carbon fibre stiffener in the Larger Flap.
Thanks Dude. Now that makes sense. Was wondering about those
Really good looking I just don’t see the longevity of foam.
If not broken. Should last a while. Without flying,100 years.... Lol

It is Never late Skip, Thank you for replied back to me...
The ubec can go into a open slot on the rx or you can Y it in with another channel depending on the rx your using
LOL... I figured it out later on when I was editing the video. Camera saw the red esc wires were capped making them opto esc's

Hello Skip I need some assistance with setting the wiring and setup for the transmitter and receiver. Can you help.
I'll try. How can I help?
I'm still here. What can I do to help. It's a typical set up. If uncertain, check (how to connect wires to a receiver?) On UA-cam

I wish you could have shown the set up of the (MCB-E) I’m connecting mines and I don’t know where all the wires go.
Go to motion RC. They have a video on the mcb-e

Did you read the manual at all?
Only to check out settings and control horn position, linkage settings and the like.
The build was a no brainer
