I love Vung Tau. I've been to Viet Nam 13 times to date and have always, I think, managed to spend some time in Vung Tau. I often dream of having a home there someday. You can also reach Vung Tau by taking a hydrofoil ferry from Ho Chi Minh City.
Hey Travis, I've been curious for a while now: How are you able to live in Vietnam without working? or do you do something on the side which isn't "work" to sustain yourself or the UA-cam money is enough?
I saved up money while working for 10 years so I could eventually take a break like this. UA-cam money is very small for now but hopefully will grow to sustain over time 👍
Do you prefer Vung Tau over Da Nang? I like Da Nang better, but the girlfriend is from Xuyen Moc and wants me to live close. I'll be moving in 2 years.
I live in Da Nang and love it. My gf family is in Vung Tau so we visit there often and I always enjoy it. VT would be my 2nd option for living after DN.
@@TravisTravelsVN Which city is easier to meet a local girl if visiting for say 2 weeks- Da Dang or Vung Tau? Do locals speak better English in one place vs the other?
For a couple of years, I used to live in Binh Chau with my girlfriend at the time- roughly an hour's drive to Vung Tau. it is a bit off the beaten tourist path and not really on the way to anywhere else, hence not as well known as Da Nang, but I prefer it that way. It is our little secret!
a good chunk of this video is showing you eating or or talking into the camera. How about showing the City more. I know you are a narcissist but come on.
@@mememe1111-n9g The overwhelmingly majority of UA-camrs are narcissistic, overgrown children. And every view they get strokes their already inflated, grandiose ego. It's like look at me. I have muscles, I have a hot girlfriend! Look at me. You obviously are too dense to realize or understand lady. If that pic is of you it is heavily photoshopped. Rolling my eyes....

Hey there, I appreciate the feedback. Still working on my editing skills...
Great response, Travis. You're a CLASSY MAN.
Are you a doctor??? To call someone a narcissist, you should be qualified to diagnose
Rolling my eyes
