It's unbelievable that you didn't include hot sauce, HOISIN SAUCE, Sate chili, and vegetables, which is the customary way of eating in Ha Noi. People from Ha Noi tend to eat bland food. They typically don't add herbs when cooking pho, and they use herbs moderately when preparing the dish. The pho in Ha Noi is different from Dạ Nang Pho.
