Great video. We have a 1 bed “Premium” unit facing the back of the building. We have stayed twice (at turnover and during a Tenant void). But it is normally on a long term Let. The lifts are a nightmare, especially in the main part of the building. What about the new massive cafe/shop at the entrance? This was just opening when we left in December 2023.
The lifts are always a nightmare. I work overnight so I can kind of navigate the building during the off hours. Or I book a unit from a friend who will give me the 2nd floor so I can use the stairs. The cafe has a great coffee shop and a handful of touristy items. It's the GS25 store that's great to have right there in the building 24 hours a day. This place is always a steal during the off season and an expensive nightmare during the holidays.
@ Yes, hopefully The Song will improve further once The Pearl (building next door) FINALLY gets finished. The relentless construction year on year really impacts the units directly facing + the cranes are a real eyesore, especially from the infinity pool.
@@ManilaApartmentsOPC Yep, I've had one or two of those rooms! Progress seems to be taking it's sweet old time on that Pearl building. If you see me there someday, say hi.
Very nice apparment building have stayed a few times, warning elevators are a nightmare 15-20min wait during day and hallways are very loud. Good supermarket close by and great views.
@@scottcallahan8884 haha yeah the elevators can be a deal breaker. I work all night and keep vampire hours so it isn't usually a problem for me. Thanks for the comment!
I stayed in the exact same 2 bedroom apartment it was good but the lifts are a nightmare, it can literally take 30 mins to an hour to get up to your floor.
Yeah those elevators are the running joke at the place. If you're getting the low rates on the weekdays though they aren't too bad. Or get a low floor and use the stairs!
I been to Vung Tau as a kid. Look like I got to go now as an adult. Wow great prices 👍👍

I booked here because of you hehehehe I am excited
Cool - hope you got a good rate. It's a lot of value when you can book it for $15/nigh or less! Enjoy the beach.
