Very nice layout and colors.
Kitchen and utility room are nice. For a smaller more affordable home it's not bad.
Lots of closet and pantry space as well as kitchen cabinets. It’s great to see a space for an upright freezer. I really liked the overall layout.
Master Bedroom and bathroom are too small and has no tub.
Really like it!. But the ice box is too farfrom the stove. Instead having that island there, make the kitchen more U-shaped.

Nice home but I don't like how the master bedroom comes right off the kitchen like that.
Nice house but a little too small or floorplan layout doesn’t give much space. Otherwise nice house and nice colors.
It's nice, but I don't like the bedroom off the kitchen like that. Even with the door shut you'd get all the cooking smells in there.

Very nice home and really love the kitchen and Pantry Needs solid shelves and add one more, the laundry room is very nice and the master bathroom is great, wish the master closet door was not centered, wish it was say to the right off set from the closet center so gives you Much needed longer wall space for a long dresser. I would still need to use one of the other bedrooms as a Den for my piano since the living room is Much smaller with not much wall space. Home has ample closets and a nice sized linen closet, all in all very nicely planned out home that tics almost every thing needed in a well functioning home.great to see this one. Thanks Nate 😀
