Need different designer as well. What did you think about countertops and tile pick for walls and black splash then wood topped island. Classic versus rustic vs tiles are??? Yuck
Beautiful home love everything about it. The only thing I never understand with these manufacturers is where is the 3rd restroom. This home is meant for 5-8 people and only 2 toilets. You give me 2 living rooms to host events and only 2 toilets. Would love to see at least a powder room somewhere.
We have 20 acres in Northern Michigan and we have a 14x70 1977 mobile home on it. Everything is new except the shell but I’d like to put one of these homes on it. Forgot to say I love the hood vent over the stove, I don’t like the glass hoods I could just see it all smeared with cooking grease
Love the kitchen and family room. Great house overall. By the way the ceiling in the family room is called a coffered ceiling. It’s a Trey ceiling if it’s empty. When you put cross beams in it, it’s called a coffered ceiling. Just thought you might want to know.👍😊
I really liked this home Nate ❤❤…. I wouldn’t want any carpet anywhere, square the bathroom sinks, upgrade master shower and add extra layer of wooden shelves in all closets…. Thank You for sharing this one Nate 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
The best part of the home is that the master bedroom entrance is not in the living rooms. That’s a win win for me. The house is very nice. One of the best floor plans I have seen. All the bedrooms are a nice size- with nice size closets. I would like a coat closet near the front door- sense there is no foyer- you need a coat closet.
Love it! Not necessarily the color pallette that is displayed in this house. But I love the layout of this house, it reminds me of The Franklin Homes "The Andrew/Kaleigh" & Clayton Homes "The Rocketeer 4707" this will be the style house that I am looking for, love it!!!
I like that it has a family room. Nice kitchen. Love that the utility room. I'd put a pocket door in there and get a bigger freezer. Nice size rooms and closets Nice mastersuite. Beautiful home. Thanks for the tour!
Nate, you have given us an Outstanding presentation about this home. It's a fantastic beauty. Well laid out. Very spacious and would be a splendid home to live in and out on a back 40 acres!
Very well built as it seem, with an industrial feel combined throughout the floor plan. I 'm impressed with all I see here, and four bedrooms too! That laundry room is big enough for a powder, otherwise I am still impressed with "The Duke?"
Hello Nate! Well this is a nice house. But there's No Pantry, and no coat closet! We can do without the coat closet but we need a pantry. I know there's a lot of cabinets, but I don't consider that as a pantry. I'd rather have a pantry in the house and not have to build it into the Garage. But we can do it that way, as before. But with this size house I was expecting to have one in the house, so it was a disappointment! As there are no walls in the Dining Room, in order to have a place for Grandma's China Cabinet I will have to close off the windows in the Dining Room , and put the Cabinet there. We'd close off the Living Room, putting a hallway between the Dining Room and Bedrooms and Bathroom. Why? Because the Living Room is now closed off to become our GYM. And the front door will be another backdoor. The Family Room will now be our Living Room with it's Wood-burning fireplace, which we love! The sliding doors in there would be turned into one extra-wide door with half glass in it and would become our Front Door. The recess on the right of the fireplace would actually be used, by us, as a place to store our wood for the fireplace. In the left recess I'd put shelves for storage, of our DVD player and so on. I'd also add a wall so the shelves wouldn't get hit everytime some clumsy person (like me!) walked by it! Might even make it an enclosed cabinet with glass doors. The Utility Room is very nice. Love that the access to the furnace and water heater are in there. And very glad there's a good place for a Freezer! Of course, we'd put a Garage outside that door from the Utility Room. And build a Storage unit with a big Pantry and a Pet Shower in it. The Kitchen is okay. Nice cabinet space. The microwave is in the perfect spot! I would need a Gas Cook Stove though. The island might be okay. I'd have to actually walk around it this time to be sure. I would rather have wheels on it so I can move it if needed though. With the Living Room now being our Gym and closed off, you have a hallway that leads to the bedrooms and bathroom from the dining room area. Bedroom 4 and the Bathroom beside it will be left as is. Bedroom 2, and both closets, will be turned into my Library with a small sitting area with a small gas fireplace. Bedroom 3 will be split with 3/4's of it being turned into my Music Studio Room, enclosed and soundproofed. The other 1/4 will be my Office Room. The Master Bedroom is nice and spacious. I wish the Closet was in the bedroom, but it's not a deal breaker. The Closet is pretty nice too, even if it is in the bathroom. I love the Vanity in the Master Bathroom! I would unfortunately have to replace the tub with a Handicapped Tub/Shower Combo. The Tile Shower needs a door and a bench. In the commode area I would remove the wall around it - I'd just as soon it was Not enclosed anyway, and being open would give me more room around the commode. We'd have Carpet in the Living Room, except around the fireplace, of course. The Bedrooms would have Carpet, and the sitting area in my Library, maybe the Office area too. Porches around the house to the garage. A good video Nate! Until next time. God bless you and your family.
Awesome home! Kitchen has an island that doesn't do double or triple duty-which I prefer. Great to have real wood burning fireplace. Awesome closets, as well.
I would not change anything. I would buy more fans and the hang kind so they can be adjusted to the right way from each room. From now on Nate our weather is getting hotter from now on .2023 -2090 just saying. Right now today all i have is 2 small ac in windows and 2 {indistrile} fans spelling wrong Our home inside stays around 95 degrees to 98 . Thanks Nate for this amazing beautiful stunning explore.Take care and be safe Remember please do not spend more then half hour outside The heat could cause harm to the body.:)No kids are home any more. I do have 1 adult he just graduated high school last May. No we don't have small children .
I like this one. I'm not feeling the wood wall though. I would prefer shiplap instead. The kitchen is gorgeous..just needs a good size pantry. I would trade the smooth top range for a gas range. If it's an option, the oven in the wall with the microwave. The family room and fireplace are beautiful. I could really decorate that nicely for Christmas! I love the size of the utility room. I would probably have wall cabinets installed over the sink. The bedrooms are good sized. I love that it has 4 bdrms. Master bed and bath I like the layout. I wonder if larger windows over the tub and toilet room could be installed instead of the smaller ones? This is a really nice home. I will definitely save this one in my playlist of favorites. Another good find Nate!
A four bedroom house needs a full or a half bath in addition to two bathrooms. .Maybe add a half bath to the laundry room. Can you imagine having three teenagers sharing one bathroom.
Love that kitchen. Love the entire home. Fourth bedroom an office. Love the Master bathi. No metal roof. It would have to be coated or the home would be too hot and overwork the A/C. Maybe has changed now. That is what we experienced a number of years ago.
Overall, I really liked most of this home. There are some cosmetic changes I would make for my personal taste. However, there was no pantry or coat closet. That was a miss.
Love the option of the barn door closing off the kids/guest rooms however would definitely use that as the family living quarters/office and save that master as a guest retreat at least til my toddler gets older it just feels weird to be that far from him.
I like this but they wasted space with the large utility room and no pantry, especially with 4 bedrooms (Grrr…). And no coat closet is disappointing. I am currently in a double-wide myself and the only closets are in the bedroom…not even a linen closet so I totally get the need for those.
I wasn't crazy about the home. I sure didn't like the fridge so far away from the stove, hope you could move it. I didn't like the fact that it had no pantry. You look good in green Nate, I bet you would also look good in burgandy, hope you try the color. Glad to see Tyler on the last home I watched, he is growing so fast.
I would like to, but do to some friends of mine, early 20s I got a misdemeanor gun charge for shooting in what I thought was private land, but ended up public. So I can't cross the border.
I bought one, but havent gotten it down enough yet. I haven't had much practice time and the one I have seems to loose contact with the base a lot and don't respond to inout well. I will be getting a newer better one before summers end and will have time to practice once I quit Oreilly in July.
I will be staying in Oklahoma City and filming around there. Willing to travel to any city in OK while I am there. I'll be there from the 11 when I fly in and leave on the 18th. What is the dealer you are referring to? I know for sure I will be at Titan and Mid State.
Could you please start Saying The brand of the home. You said it was the Duke but by who I thought Pratt was a dealership??? Maybe im wrong If you could start off by saying The Duke by Champion homes just a Example. My husband and i are really in the market for a manufactured or modular home But i don't know who these are made by in your videos to see if any are available in the Southeast Thank you very much ❤️ & God bless
Ironicly in your example you nailed the manufacturere. It is a Champion home. I try to include the builder if I know it at time of filming. Pratt homes lot map was color coded by builder, and I dropped the ball on this one. Thanks for watching.
Lots of wasted space. Could have been better planned as far as main area. Chopped up. Dining room table is limited for larger by wall placement. If table turned in different direction to accommodate larger table, then will intrude into kitchen area on one side or wall in family room.
The staging in this house does not do it justice.
Need different designer as well. What did you think about countertops and tile pick for walls and black splash then wood topped island. Classic versus rustic vs tiles are??? Yuck
Wassup Nate?! Just needs a pantry, I just love the fireplace, I'll make that room with the fireplace as the front of the house.
The color of those tiles on the backsplash and in the shower makes it real convenient you can't hardly tell when things are dirty!! 😂
Ewwww
LOL
Beautiful home love everything about it. The only thing I never understand with these manufacturers is where is the 3rd restroom. This home is meant for 5-8 people and only 2 toilets. You give me 2 living rooms to host events and only 2 toilets. Would love to see at least a powder room somewhere.
I really liked the idea of a barn door to separate the back bedrooms from the main living space. Love the beautiful ceiling.
Pratt does a fantastic job.I thought it was modular. Great finishing. Only missing storage for linen, and I didn't see a pantry.
I love the home but not a fan of where the laundry room is and really don't like that there is no pantry.
Nate, u outdone yourself. I love it😊
This home has a comfortable elegance about it. I don't see anything to change .
love this home

Nice home. I would cut that wood over the door and I would like the dark wood.
The best part of the home is that the master bedroom entrance is not in the living rooms. That’s a win win for me. The house is very nice. One of the best floor plans I have seen. Hi Nate, cokl home.
This is a beautiful home. Nice and roomy, open enough for me. I myself prefer gas stove and fireplace. Thanks for sharing

This home is beautiful, I would love to live in it...I love everything about it.
Hi Nate, The ceilings with the beams dividing them are called coffered ceilings. Thanks for covering homes in Montana!
*Previous videos in Montana
I live in Montana myself, so I have to cover the ones here.

Great to have real wood burning fireplace.
Awesome closets, as well.
LOVE EVERYTHING JUST LOVE IT GEORGEOUS!!!!!!😂
I would take the microwave out and put in a wall oven, if that is possible
The only thing I would change are the black and white flowered tiles. Everything else I can work with.
I would not change anything. I would buy more fans and the hang kind so they can be adjusted to the right way from each room. With good ceiling insulation it shouldn't get to hot now days.
That's a very nice kitchen
Overall, I really liked most of this home. There are some cosmetic changes I would make for my personal taste. However, there was no pantry or coat closet. That was a miss.
I really like this one. 😊
Beautiful home!
Very nice! I probably would have made the utility room smaller & put in a 1/2 bath, but still very nice. 😊!
Gorgeous
For the price, that is a nice home
Love the option of the barn door closing off the kids/guest rooms however would definitely use that as the family living quarters/office and save that master as a guest retreat at least til my toddler gets older it just feels weird to be that far from him.
Et hot water heater not big enough to fill up big bathtub for a good warm soak. You’d have to wait and top it off and by that time a hot batch is out!
Awesome house thanks for sharing
Thats what is known as a coffered ceiling in the formal livingroom
I love the house
Thanks nate !! Great video
Glad you liked it!
Needs closet rack for pants
I like this but they wasted space with the large utility room and no pantry, especially with 4 bedrooms (Grrr…). And no coat closet is disappointing. I am currently in a double-wide myself and the only closets are in the bedroom…not even a linen closet so I totally get the need for those.
nice place
It is nice but needs a nice big pantry have a good day.
You to
You said there was a pantry, but I didn't see one.😢
Pantry is to the right of the stove just past the cunter. I might have forgot to show it.
@@NatesHomeTours thank you for letting me know that. I love this place just wish I could get one in Tennessee.
Bathroom good
I wasn't crazy about the home. I sure didn't like the fridge so far away from the stove, hope you could move it. I didn't like the fact that it had no pantry. You look good in green Nate, I bet you would also look good in burgandy, hope you try the color. Glad to see Tyler on the last home I watched, he is growing so fast.
I have a shirt close to burgandy. If I remember to pack it for my trip to Oklahoma, I'll make sure I wear it next week when filming.
@@NatesHomeTours Thank You
Oh I see. Just thought in your intro you said it had one. Sorry my bad
I like it but I want all my Windows to function and no cabbies change to cabinets and I need a half bath added
I like
The house is absolutely gorgeous but did I miss the pantry?
No I looked at floor plan wrong when I said it had one.
Can you do Canada. Just a wonderment. Peace and much love sent from Ontario, Canada.
I would like to, but do to some friends of mine, early 20s I got a misdemeanor gun charge for shooting in what I thought was private land, but ended up public. So I can't cross the border.
Utility room could be smaller, so bedroom on that side could be bigger.
I like the home, but not my favorite. Nothing wrong with it, just my preference.
Nate! You mean to tell us you don’t have a drone to show the outer and top parts of the homes you show?
I bought one, but havent gotten it down enough yet. I haven't had much practice time and the one I have seems to loose contact with the base a lot and don't respond to inout well. I will be getting a newer better one before summers end and will have time to practice once I quit Oreilly in July.
Wow
You said it had a pantry but you never showed it.
Ya I goofed in the intro. There is no pantry in this one.
Where was the pantry
You would have to option it in this one, not standard unfortunately.
Did it have a pantry?
No I goofed when i said it did. I looked at the floor plan wrong.
What part of Oklahoma are you going to be in ? Okc on Sheilds has tons of homes....
I will be staying in Oklahoma City and filming around there. Willing to travel to any city in OK while I am there. I'll be there from the 11 when I fly in and leave on the 18th. What is the dealer you are referring to? I know for sure I will be at Titan and Mid State.

Wheres the pantry?
If I don't want any carpets anywhere is that possible?
In most cases it is, as is this one.
Awesome home ! Very beautiful ,but , the kitchen and master bathroom ,would have to change . I don't like that look / pattern at all
Lots of wasted space. Could have been better planned as far as main area. Chopped up. Dining room table is limited for larger by wall placement. If table turned in different direction to accommodate larger table, then will intrude into kitchen area on one side or wall in family room.
Where's the pantry?
I'm sure as big as this home is you could get on eif you needed one.
No pantry
Why metal roof?
Taken care of, they last longer than shingles
Don’t like the floor….too loud/busy pattern. Don’t like the wood wall in entrance. Conflicts with floor.
Furniture is very oldy
Cheap knotty pine
I've seen nicer homes not impressed
