Great Home.
That wet bar area I would opt for that whole area to be a step in Pantry.
The stone behind the stove isn't practical and I would choose something different for that area. Put a door for Water heater access. I personally would need the window in the dining area to be split into two linear windows on the far side of the center so I could place my hanging hutch up.
I just love the fireplace, not only does it need a pantry but have the living room as the front of the home and the laundry room @ the end of the home.
My absolute favorite kitchen layout!! No that's a kitchen I can function in with no problem. Beautiful home Nate!

Winston is built in AL, and from my knowledge can be had within a few states away from where they are built. They have a small area they cover at the moment, but may grow now that they are part of Champion Homes.

Hi Nate! Hope you & Raiden are doing well! Hopefully your Mom is doing better,too. Thank you for all your hard work & lovely tours. Love this house! Love the fireplace,kitchen,master bathroom with tub & large closet. Must haves for me that aren’t negotiable in a home are enough cabinets & drawers in kit kitchens….preferably a pantry ….don’t know why some builders or models have like 2,3,4 cabinets in their kitchens? The one area where you need at least a 10,12 cabinets or more & lots of drawers, plus counter space. Primary bedroom should always have enough room,primary bathroom should always have a separate tub…& primary closet should be size of another bedroom with proper storage. 4 or 5 bedrooms or more ,preferably a den or family room,an office space & a porch. Preferably 3 bathrooms at least or at least 2 1/2 so guests don’t have to use your other bedrooms bathroom all the time. I live in a 1,000 foot or less apt now but was raised in a 18 room home with 7 bedroom & 5 bedrooms. I had a home of my own,too but it was illegally stolen from me,long story. If my health & financial state becomes better one day miraculously those things I mentioned above would have to be in a home I decided on. I just can’t live in a place with not enough kitchen storage or closet space again like I’m in now. I also like more of the white,gray’s & black colors. Not wood or beige or browns at all. I think they look old,dated,depressing & makes me very depressed. Also love windows & light but also wall space because I have lots of music decor,guitars to hang,CD’s,vinyl & dvds & movies. So space for those to be,too. Anyways thank you for the lovely home tour & hopefully you,Raiden & your Mom are all doing well!!!

Well, if you are going to dream, dream big! Love it all except the flooring. How can the bedrooms be so big when the kitchen and living room are huge??
Nice home especially the master bath, but the flooring ruins the whole look. It looks like linoleum. If it lvp it’s the cheapest on the market. Flooring makes a huge difference.
Wow all the cabinets I would know to put in them. Maybe the wife's sleeping area.
This is one of my favorite floor plans though I would have to nix all the stonework inside the home. Great price for this size too.

All I would change would be definitely a pantry(huge) and double wall ovens.
Only 2 changes i would make ..turn that wet bar into a pantry and add a bench in the shower! Looks great otherwise! Thanks for another great tour!
The only thing I would change is the kitchen, you have to walk a mile to the refrige, but there is room to change that and put a sort of pantry. Good one Nate.

Going into the bathroom everytime you want a clothing change is a terrible design flaw, so is having a window in there, all that sunlight will fade the clothes, what's with the massive windows, I like the built in safe
The window has to be there, per code if a room is a certain sqare footage or larger.

Needs a coat closet and a pantry! I also didn't see a bunch of drawers in the kitchen. I have all drawers, except 1 9-inch for my baking sheets. The space under my sink is a pullout for recycling.
There is a drawer over every ower cabinet door.

I have never talked to them, but it looks like Black's Home Sales has a few different locatins. I see they carry PennWest and I have filmed some of them in NC and loved them. They have DeerCreek's that look good but have never seen one in person. Also Clayton Epic's which I have filmed a few of and they look good also.

Gorgeous home. Checks all the boxes. Stick a Dragonfly deck on the back and change that hideous flooring to a beautiful lvp floor and I'm in love!

So long as I could have the changes/augmentation that I mentioned I'd be happy in this home and yes a 1/2 bath would be a nice addition but would need more space.
Love the frosted glass on the window by the tub. My biggest problem would be the window in the closet. The nice things I don't wear often I keep in the back back it would get sunbleached. Just put a transom window in to keep down the sun fade
One a room of in this case closet becomes a certain size, by code there has to be a window that can be used for egress.
The window can be tinted then add a blind or blackout curtains.

Telectric. oo much stone work, no wood burning fireplace, like electric. No tub in Mb. Showers in both bedrooms. Great home!
