Healthy digestion is important for your overall well-being. Unfortunately, many people have digestive problems like constipation, gas, diarrhea or bloating.
So in this video I'm looking at 6 foods that are easy to digest.

Stress is the root cause of many digestive issues. I drink camomile tea and tumeric, take long nature walks and keep away from stressful situation.
Apologies, but stress is not. Heavy metals are. They affect our CNS which, when compromised, reduces organ function - all disease is then manifested in the colon and so then disease is propugated.

Dont know why most of these comments are so negative. This is a selection of foods that are more towards periods of flare ups or worsening of digestive symptoms. It is not a diet designed to be maintained long term because fiber is important in a healthy diet but it can irritate an already irritated or sensitive gut.

Is altering the protein: fat ratio (by adding low/no fat foods) a strategy that you consider worth trying for people whom eggs are currently a "very hit and miss" menu-item. Protein powders preferred over food for different people for varying reasons but I've never been a fan of them myself. Any thoughts/tips appreciated 👽
I have been cooking chicken with boiled potatoes but still have trouble with a upset stomach. I have been doing that for a year. But have been using Chicken flavored Bouillon so it wouldn't be flavorless. I don't know if using the chicken flavoring could have something in it that is hard on my stomach.

Problem with egg whites is that many people with IBS has broken gut lining, so they're very sensitive to food allergens and albumin in egg whites is one of the strongest allergen.
You could add MCT oil as it doesn't require liver bile to digest.

I hear so much different information. I was listening to Dr. Berg. He said for SIBO, not to take probiotics. I dont know what to consume anymore!

having easy to digest foods is really important and i just having foods that do not give hard times to my digestion but obviously not all times so i just have planet Ayurveda digesto plan so to support my digestion
Personally speaking on the contrary I've discovered that I'm not processing starches. Too bad Chipotle doesn't offer cauliflower rice anymore.

i started going all meat slince i read a comment here about actually fiber is not so healthy ...as much as i have tried to eat it that has been my bloated experience....the two days i did just meat i was able to go each am the third day i had fruit and have been constipated since i also did celery juice first thing in the am i really dont want to eat meat but it does seem to help my emotional centeredness
i spend too much money on grass fed meat and bones etc......thats why i keep goign back to rice and thigns thinking its so much cheeper but i know how i feel when i eat meat so i am trying to dry fast and only eat when im really truely in need of food to life not just to have food cause i can....poor people who dont have access to food perhaps if when they do eat its highly nutrious is the real way to go

2. Whole boiled eggs- 4-7 per serving
3. Chicken breast
4. Pea protein isolate and Rice protein isolate
5. Oats 50-70 gm per serving.
6. Peanut butter creamy 30-50 gm
7. Diet coke
8. Cooked Potatoes
9. Spinach
10. Carrots
11. Capsicum
12. Tomatoes
13. Refined wheat bread
14. Refined wheat pasta
15. Refined wheat noodles.
16. Tofu
17. Cheese.
18. Orange-1
19. Unripe banana-1
20 . mustard oil or olive oil for cooking
What not to eat?
Any other food except these might cause digestive issues. So try sticking with these foods only.
Whoever you are Thank You!!! I decided to randomly take your advice and only eat these foods for 3 weeks. It completely stopped my digestive issues. I will be sticking to it and trying to add new things to it every few weeks. This is the best I felt in a while- all symptoms are now gone!!!! I love ❤️ you so much. I owe you so much- this gave me my life back!!!!!

I was just diagnosed with gastroesophageal it's terrible
i also took loads of lemon juice with saurkraut juice and used garlic and pepper and ginger in my meat perhaps its killing my candida i had removed all these spices from my life as i was told they are full of fire and my stomach was already full of fire that i should avoid warming foods

My understanding is that kefir is much richer in beneficial bacteria than even the best yogurt! But no one on UA-cam that I’ve seen mentions it at all! Why is that?
Probably because kefir is not a widely known thing in the west.

I ate a banana and felt like I was going to die for a couple days. So in my case, I can't eat bananas? That sucks because they're good and so quick and easy to eat on the run.
Depends on what you ate with that banana or afterwards. For me if I eat ripe bananas in the morning and wait 3h to eat something else I feel alright
Bananas have always felt heavy on my stomach even as a child. Oats and Bananas always did that to me.
Rice easy to digest? I personally don't find that to be true for me. My digestion is slow and bad. Starches is also difficult to digest.
NaturalHI I don't do well with rice either. I don't do well with any grains except for a little bit of oatmeal. I stick to boiled potatoes and sweet potatoes for my starches.

Really depends on the rice, If you are having trouble digesting grains you may be gluten sensitive or intolerant, White rice has no gluten. White rice is also much more easily digested than the more fiborous types of rice like brown and wild rice. But you know your digestion better than me, I had bad digestion and literally switching from brown to white rice helped a lot, Hope you get better.

Rice can be easily digested if you ensure to was out the starch first and eat in smaller portions. Much easier digested than potatoes or pasta
I wanted food that r easy to digest but high in calories so I can enjoy good health without loosing weight.

@@yara918 yes dear I'm taking sprouts soaked nuts coconut milk and if we don't have any health issue we can have peanut butter as well.
Man I get constipation all the time, sometimes lasting 3-4 days. I pretty much eat all this stuff on the list, but I still have problems. I end up taking laxatives, which isn't fun.

Well, each individual's body thrives differently to another. One of the best things I intake which aids my digestion is nettle tea, and I also love sweet potatoes, they go well with parsley sauce.
Sugar destroys probiotic ?

Greek Yogurt
Leafy greens
Fruits with low acid
No fired foods
Or red meat.

coffee and dependent on it to move her bowels.
Took her years to deal with the addiction, dependency, and inability of her bowels to function without a CNS stimulant!
Better to deal with the problem first, rather than complicate it with a stimulant addiction, as well, in my opinion.
