Download and Flash Stock Firmware on Google Asus Nexus 7 Tab Fix boot loop

These are the files required to successfully Flash your Nexus 7 Tab:
- Nexus Root Toolkit by Wugresh (NRT v2.1.5)
- Download ASUS Nexus 7 Stock Firmware (Factory Image)
I used the Build LMY47V for my Wifi model so select correct one.
- Download and Install ADB Drivers:

How should I do driver full installation whe. Device even doesn't turn on ? Thus It's impossible to go to developer mode

I had to downgrade my 32gb 2013 nexus 7 because the battery drain in marshmallow and lollipop made the tablet almost unusable.
In marshmallow the battery would drain just as fast in standby as in use, also if you disable the google app you get a boot loop in marshmallow. you need to disable one of the voice assist options first.
the kit kat 4.4.4 rom is by far the most stable rom i have used on the nexus 7
