The tubes on mine were EXTREMELY difficult to get all the way on and locked in. I had to use all my might to get them on, and I'm a 6' 2" bodybuilder. lol. This blower is a BEAST though, INSANE power.
Same. I had to use a couple of strap wrenches to get them locked and unlocked. I wiped down the inside connections with 2 cycle synthetic oil for some lube action. Seemed to help.
I’m moving up from a PB-770t to the 9010t… can’t wait for it to get here. I’ll give the 770t to my Father-in-Law since he helps out a lot around the house… Win-Win… and hopefully I’ll save an hour each weekend blowing leaves and acorns and spend that time with the kids… worth the upcharge IMO if it saves me time and effort.
Great video Friend! Now that you've got all that power, you're gonna have to blow that garage out!!!🤣🤣🤣 Just got mine assembled, and headed to my garage for her maiden voyage!
Turn the black knob that adjust the angle of the throttle handle and you will see the circumference get bigger and it will slide on the team I’m sure this has been said I didn’t read the comments so
After you put the choke on after it starts does the machine automatically return the choke into the off or 12 o’clock position or do u have to manually move the choke from 3 o’clock to 12
Do you have a weed eater video? I’m trying to assemble mine, well the head of it. My string keeps hitting the cover and not sure why I’ve already unscrewed it and moved it around but when I start it it continues to hit the shield at bottom
@@sirliftsalot1154 Thanks. I got one soon after I posted that. I don't remember if I broke it in, probably not. It's still working and MAN is it powerful. I'm a satisfied customer. :-)
Shit you beat me to it I was about to say that’s what she said. Did you put any lube on the connection to or did you just go in dry . I use a little bit of lube but I’m a giver. I’m used to working with big things lol .
@@adamlipscomb6459 it came in the tube out of the box. I just passed the elbow tube through it and left it in there. I believe the wire only comes on the tube throttle blower and not the hip throttle models. I hope this helps
HA! Fingers crossed!! Haven't fired her up yet but I will be starting my clean ups in about a week or two and so ill for sure have a video up when I do!

@@matthewnovik4050 Yes they are ! The last piece of the tube launches across the yard 30-40 feet. I saw another response that said the tubes need to be tightened beyond the initial twist where it feels like it’s locked / secure. I’m gonna try it again later today
@@matthewnovik4050 I used some strap wrenches today and definitely made the sections tighter… and they still blew apart. This is the first helpful video on how to actually assemble the blower! Thank you man! I subbed and liked the video! Keep it up!
Great video man, I assembled mine right with you, thanks a ton! Oh and this thing is a freaking beast!
Thank you for posting I was just wondering about the ground wire but you did a good job on figuring it out.. good luck on your side hustle Bro.
Thanks!!
i hate reading instructions - great video! and thanks!
Should of showed how to start the blower. I just purchased the same. First time ever owning a gas blower. Now gotta learn how to start this bad boy

Have you had problems with the blower tube coming off while using it? Mine does almost every yard I do
Thanks for sharing my brother. Now only if I could find one in central NY
So the static discharge wire just flops freely in the tube or did I miss something?
Yep lmao
Thx man very helpful!

Manual… don’t like that feature

thanks for this....!!
Whats the round plastic piece for?
It is a cold weather insert that goes behind the back cushion. I had to look it up but it is in the manual.
Do these things need to be broken in? That is should we vary the speed frequently for the first tankful or two?
Just run it like normal to your conditions. If you need half throttle so be it. If you need full throttle so be it.

So does the static discharge wire just flop around loose inside the blower tube?
Yes, but you don’t even notice.

So what was that white plastic piece for?
Blocks the air from the fan around the back pad area.
If buy from local dealer should be out together and ran before u leave dealerships
What did you do with the wire?
Just put it in the tube ...
@@GrassNectar but how do you put the wire in the tube?

allegedly its not supposed to give you a hard time starting it like the 8010 does.
let's hope they don't pull a recall on us by August :P

I’ve been using this blower as a home owner for 3 months. Until now it always starts up on second pull
my blower tubes keep flying off n o matter what I do... sucks
Same. Have you figured out a solution? The very last section blows off every time. I’m tempting to put a small screw through it to hold it in place
