    Thanks but it would be nice to see some details such as what the adjustment tool looks like, where exactly the adjustment screw is, and where the fuel gauge is located.

    Do I only have to adjust the one carb to get the right fuel pressure, or is it a combination of both?

      There is only one adjustment. The fuel flows from the front or passenger side TBI through a accumulator spring ass. (NOT A REGULATOR) then to the crossover tube to the drivers side TBI where it goes through the pressure regulator before returning back to the tank. So there is only one restriction in the system and that is on the drivers side TBI. I applied a picture of the fuel system to the title I hope this helps.
