Hello young lady, firstly huge well done on your first week, you had a loss and that’s brilliant. Secondly, you look beautiful I do love your hair. It was sad listening to you talking about yourself. You are gorgeous, your body will change with the diet and exercise your young, you don’t have loads of weight to lose. I wish I had stuck to the million diets I started. It took until I was 61 for me to finally get to target and now I’m trying to hide my loose skin!! Please don’t be too hard on yourself, looking after 2 children is more than a full time job. Keep going get through each day the best you can. You can do this Danielle xxx
Hi Danielle Hope you don't mind me saying you seem to be changing your diet plan quite a lot be careful because it can actually can cause you to put on weight as it plays havoc with your metabolism 😊 x
I do CC but rarely weigh everything. You will get used to it and learn to eyeball things after a while. I’ve been using MFP over a decade and now I couldn’t not! Well done on the weight loss 💙
Gl! I lost my first 50 calorie counting. I had a few meals for breakfast and lunch i would eat on repeat that were about half my calories, leaving the other half for whatever sounded good. Glad i found your channel for some new low cal ideas!
Your hair looks lovely! It really suits you that colour 😊 I use an app for calorie counting called lose it. It’s really good and it’s free too. Well done on your loss, that’s a good amount for just a week. You’ve got this! 😊
Well done! I’m the same I’ve gone from SW to cc I find my losses are smaller on cc than SW but if I gain it’s never a big gain where as it was with SW xxx
This is very true Marie. I think it’s because I under eat on sw so when I do eat more the weight quickly comes back on. Slow and steady is the best way xxx
Well done on your loss this week. Calorie counting does get easier the longer you stick at it for and you can definitely have a bigger range of foods. I am going to join you on 75 soft and see how I get on x

Your hair looks nice, you've gone darker, mind you it looks nice lighter too lol,, Personally for me S/ World works better as I can't be bothered with all the mearsurering, and I know where I am with that,, but as always we must do what works best for us individually , Hope you have a great week x
I hate to admit it cos I am not a person on a diet these days, but when I was regardless of whether I needed to lose weight (I didnt!) counting the calories and weighing even fruit makes the difference I would say, Though the consequence is these days I can tell you how many grams a strawberry is by looking at it haha😳
Sweet chilli 🌶️ sauce is my go to sauce. I just ❤love sauces ha ha. Calorie counting can be exhausting at times. I’m back on SW again lol 😂 back and forth, I am. I think just do what works for you hun. ❤❤❤xxx

There is definitely a fine line, you a right. I don’t want counting calories to consume me. It’s so hard to find that balance xx
