I brought a walking pad and it’s a game changer. I just walk on it around the children. I’m on it about 30mins bursts about 4 times a day. I’ve lost 1.5 stone in 3 months.
Danielle don't worry about the weight gain i my self am up and down but it is really difficult sometimes but you are amazing person and a fantastic mum we will do this together Danielle and I hope wee Harper is getting better sending you all my love and hugs Marie ❤❤

I'm a mum of 4 and the way I've managed it in with exercise is doing UA-cam videos, or DVDs. I've found Chloe ting has a free app with challenges etc. it's really good. There are also recipes on there you can use. As an interim while the kids are growing up 😊 though it is all about what goes in the mouth haha. You just have to be strong xx
I think k that’s the route I’m going to go down too. I can just pop it on the tv when the kids are quiet xx
I started getting up earlier and i do my walk and work before the kiddos get up. Its my time and it has helped me so much to get it all done.
When I do go I love it. Just that moment for yourself and quiet is bliss xx
I agree about wanting that extra hour of sleep. Sometimes I think youth is the key for getting things accomplished. As I get older, I feel like I'm moving slower.😂 You'll get back to routine. Don't be hard on yourself.
They do day sleep is one of the most important things for you’re weight loss so im going with that 🤣🤣 xx
I am struggling massively atm I can't seem to discontect from excessive food -_- I get married in October and GOD KNOWS if my dress is gunna fit wen I try it on tomorrow x because I'm SO TIRED atm I'm fueling it with food -_- don't even get me started on exercise. X

Aww 🥰 I hope Harper is feeling better. I’m doing couch to 5k and taking it really slowly. I used to run a lot. My daughter won’t run with me lol 😂. You will find it easier once they’re both in school. You’ll have a lot more time to yourself. It’s always hard though. I imagine will be tricky when they’re teenagers too lol 😂.
Don’t worry about the weight gain. You’re doing the best you can. I’m like you switching from SW to calorie counting. I can’t be bothered to count calories and become lazy lol 😂 xxx

Hope Harper better. Are you no longer doing slimming world just calorie counting or combining both? I feel like I've lost track. Maybe you aren't eating enough now as that can mess up metabolism. x
