Team Fortress 2 is a popular game that's been around for years, and I can't begin to count the amount of custom NERF blasters that have been made mimicking some of it's designs. Multiple times I've been told a blaster looks like the Force-a-nature, and yet here we finally are: the Foam-a-nature, a double-barrel shell-ejecting beauty of engineering.

Folks like Justajolt already do that and make the blasters better, not worse. It would be more accurate to paraphrase the supposed conversation like "lEt's TakE ouR mOst simPle dEsigNs aNd simUltanEousLy makE them chEapPer to mAnuFacTure anD dial tHe ranGe And perforMance clAims up tO ELEVEN. Also, let's start several new lines all at the same time that we claim to be the next big step forward in the hobby but make all the blasters either extremely difficult to modify or use proprietary, overpriced, poorly manufactured, poorly designed ammunition." I couldn't be bothered to randomly capitalize the rest of that, but you get the point. I needed to rant.
Long barrel is cool and make it range in great
It's more like we're (Hasbro) going to give you mediocre designs, keep on re-releasing boring bland blasters, make sure that they don't reach above 80 fps, give you subpar ammunition, and charge you $100.

@@catsydromde3611 I don’t know a lot about modding, but maybe the Slingfire could be useful for making a scattergun. It’s unique priming mechanism would be pretty accurate to how the Scout reloads his gun in game.

The scattergun would be very hard to make, why you may ask, well, it has two barrels, it is lever action, and it is fed by a built-in round magazine

I've never played TF2, and this is *still* the biggest (good) thing that's happened since the Worker Hurricane was released (we don't talk about Elite 2.0)
There's the chaos orbit and meteor, in addition to that ultra revolver+flywheel-thingy that was pretty neat after you re-barrel it for elite darts. There were some nice things to come from this year. Some.
Basically TF2 is an earlier version of Overwatch and Paladins and other similar games.

I love seeing more fun blasters when everyone seems to be going for just higher and higher velocities, I play with a small casual indoor group and this kind of thing is exactly the silly stuff I love running. Plus the Force-a-nature was always my favorite in TF2

Honestly, I've been lurking around this channel for the past 4 or so years, and commented quite rarely. Though, almost every single time I've commented, you have replied.
It's funny, cause I've been racking my brains on how to get something like a TF2 based shotgun to work with NERF, but I have never had the technical know-how or skills to properly design it. It's cool that, finally, somebody capitalized on the cartoony and great designs of one of the many great shotguns in TF2. I hope to see more great work in the field of shotguns, maybe even one for the base TF2 shotgun?
TF2 is such a timeless classic. This game deserves more love!

This is the blaster you dream that the BuzzBee Doubleshot was. I've modded mine with a pull string and sawn off barrels, but with the use of Spring Thunder shells this blaster definitely takes the cake in versatility and aesthetics!

This thing is so polished! Ehdrian really pulled out all of the stops to make it a premium product. I love the polycarbonate plunger tube forming a large portion of the grip and THAT SELECTOR SWITCH! Dang, using an airtight brass fitting was simply a stroke of pure genius! Thanks for the review!

When I was younger TF2 was one of the first games I ever played that got me into shooters and strategy games. I still enjoy the game today and having this at a nerf war would make my friends soo jealous.

Just discovered this channel, I find it interesting that you chose a force-a-nature to recreate. I suppose it would’ve been difficult to get 6 shells in a nerf stock scattergun. If it were me, I probably would’ve made a stock shotgun so I could be soldier, pyro, heavy, or engineer. Matter of fact, I would’ve tried to create the whole engineer stock loadout. But aside from that, the gun is really amazing.
It's so nice that other creators are embracing Gdop's shells. I love my Spring Thunder, planning on building the Meaker Mk 18 with the shell breech next, this is just icing on the cake!
