Very cool, I really like it. I love those third party shells, I have a blue translucent one. I also have that same PSU replacement on nearly all my PS1s, it's great to not worry about voltage anywhere and keep everything running nice and cool. Love the XStation printed mount as well.

Where did you get a replacement solid black case? All I can find online are clear colored cases.
