दो बार फुल मुंबई मेराथन पहली बार में 4.43 घंटे में दूसरी 4.22घंटे में और सात आठ बार हाफमेराथन ये सभी आफीशियल हैं हाफमेराथन का बेस्ट समय 1.45घंटा रहा है जबकि अनआफीशियल हाफमेराथन का बेस्ट टाईम 1.40 घंटे में कर चुका हूँ 2018में लेकिन उस समय वजन 65था उसके बाद चोट ने काफी परेशान किया। इसलिये आपका मार्ग दर्शन चाहते है।

@@AmrishAdhana Sir, we have to reach office by 8:30 am, and we get free by no earlier than 5:30 PM, particularly I am interested into 10k and above marathons....you suggest long running like 22Km but sometimes, we dont have time...can you suggest some workouts which can be done in less time.....Many people will benefit will benefit from a video about corporate worker
