There's a reason why the black album still sells 1,000 copies a week, 30 years after it came out. Fuck the haters, do the whole black album, you won't be sad you did
there is a reason why Doja Cat sells too. most people arent musicians, a highly technical band like Metallica had to dumb their music down to reach the mainstream audience. the black album was a sell out album. selling out is compromising your art for the sole purpose to make more money. yeah it sells great. the majority love it, musicians and true fans of Metallica hate they did this..

People have a weird hangup with Metallica. Metallica achieved a massive level of success without any radio airplay or a music video from their 1st 3 albums. They were an underground sensation that eventually made a music video and became the biggest band on the planet. When this happened people acted like Metallica was stolen away from them, like they were destined to play small clubs forever. Get over it!
I love seeing youngsters discovering/hearing/seeing amazing music for the first time. I’m actually jealous, I miss that feeling the first time I heard Metallica

You should watch the making of this album. It’s about an hour and a half long and well worth it
Def worth the watch. Truly fun! "A Year And A Half In The Life Of Metallica."
They just have so many cool -- the makings of & documentaries.
Then of course, the best documentary "Some Kind Of Monster." 😊
I loved that they always had cameras recording their history.
For me the Black album is one of the best Metallica albums.I was 12 when it came out,and it played everywhere,I mean everywhere.Every radio station played it..I've been a Metallica fan since then and now many many years later my kids are huge Metallica fans🤘 Love your reaction videos!!
I have seen Metallica live 3 times and hearing this live is EPIC. This is just so dirty and hard. When those guitars come in with that sledgehammer of a drum beat it just makes me snarl. One of my favourites.
You should check out S&M, Metallica with Michael Kamen and the SanFran Symphony. Amazing and really worth a look and hearing this song with a full orchestra plus Metallica is mind blowing !
i love the black album , i bought it the day it came out, i was 20 , records back then were officially released at midnight , so we lined up at the record store
This song has been in my top 10 since '91. They are INCREDIBLE live!!!! ❤❤
There's NO such thing as too much Metallica!!
Black album is a masterpiece, this was also the first time seeing them in concert three and a half hours of melting your face off
The Black album is great 🤘
In my early 20's when the Black album came out. Won tickets from a radio station in Phoenix and my husband and I got to be in the "Snake Pit" which was in the center of the stage. What an amazing experience. They sound as good live as their recordings. Never forget it!😂🎉
I love the Black album. It was the album I got introduced to Metallica with. It’s 🔥🤟🏼 this song is sick!
Best lyrics ever.
Great reaction
Great song
Best band.
You're obviously hooked. You've reacted to the first 5 albums and you've enjoyed it like everybody else on the planet, I think you're ready to explore the other albums.
Something other youtubers rarely do
The black album was definitely the one that started me on my own metal journey back when i was a kid. Definitely a masterpiece
Everyone in this band is the man!
My favorite album by Metallica
