- On a scale of "Randers" to "Hellerup" Conrad must smagsprøv some of Denmark's most classic delicacies! Risalamande, Aalborg Akvavit and hindbærsnitter are all on the menu for this Englishman!
I took one look at the liqourice (lakrids) pack and I was like "Conrad, my man, you are not ready for this". The real Danish test shouldn't be whether or not you can say "rød grød med fløde" but whether or not liqourice makes you throw up.
Rugbrød doesn't taste horrible. It totally depends on the brand, though. And how much you eat of it :D
yes and the skovmand rugbrød is the worst rugbrød i have tasted
even better to get to the local bager and get theirs for that is almost always better
I disagree. It tastes awful on its own, but that's because it's healthy, and healthy things often taste either dull or bad. I mean if it tasted so good on its own, why would we even have pålæg?
An American friend of mine, insists that our licorice tastes like "hate, sorrow, sadness and the tears of orphaned puppies" 😂
You are a gem.
Hahahaha the jungle vral was one of my favs growing up! Id eat SO many of them that my tummy would start huuuuurting! XD
I saw you Danglish show man you are funny dude I love this channel!
Funny review. Meget hyggeligt.😀
Tænk at en liter mælk kun kostede 7 kr. dengang
I'm a dane myself and I eat close to nothing of that crapfood 😄 Lakrids is my go-to desert/candy. Perhaps try some fine quality AND (!) organic licorice. Never go for traditional conventional foods, go for organic foods 😍
Jeg læser de forskellige produktbeskrivelser Hav en god dag.
Lovely 😊
You need to have some eel with the Aalborg akvavit!
Sorry, but we have to stop eating eels. They are highly endangered.
What! You gave the Turkish peppers and the junglevrål a worse rating than the risengrød?! 😂 I think you need an intervention, Conrad. You need to learn how to eat salmiak salt liquorice 😉 You should definitely try the Skeleton Shake from Johan Bülow!!!!! 😂😂 I think you need to film the tasting of it also 😂❤️
Jeg håber, du vil spise mere sunde ting til dine måltider i fremtiden :) Men det var underholdende at se på :) I once gave a US-costums officer one piece of af Turkish pepper in the airport - he was curious and asked because he at first thought it was some explosive stuff. - I nearly killed him just by the taste of it :)
Fun video, except the Djungel Vrål is actually Swedish, and the Turkish Pepper is from Finland 😆
Turkish Pepper was created in Denmark, but later sold off to Finnish Fazer.
@@PerXX82 Correct, according to Wikipedia: "Tyrkisk peber was originally invented by Per Fjelsten in 1976 in Jutland, Denmark and was originally made by the Danish company Perelly, before the company was acquired by Fazer."
I remember when it was still made by Perelly - not to be confused with the Italian tyre manufacture Pirelli.😁
I have a question. Isn`t Malaco swedish.?
Yup.
Der mangler sild 😂
Good danish arla milk... Bro it is some of the cheapest we got...
Even though I'm a Dane I hate rugbrød as well.
HOWEVER, I'm severely disappointed about your reaction to Djungelvrål! Those are amazing!
It's really just liquorice covered in "salmiak salt" also known as ammoniumklorid and IT IS AWESOME.
The best 👌
I mean the only people who buy 3 star salami and lillebror ost are people who hate their chihldren.
taking a bite of the sausage isn't trying a fransk hotdog... you need to get down to the bread and the dressing. Otherwise you just tasted a sausage
If you put liqourice in your mouth and it feels like its about to fold in on itself into a black hole, then you know its the shit
Jungelvrål is not danish 😂
Makes no sense dude!
First
Rugbrød tastes awful on its own, but that's because it's healthy, and healthy things often taste either dull or bad. I mean if it tasted so good on its own, why would we even have pålæg?
Except bread is not healthy, and seeds aren't either.
@@TatTvaum I’ve been lied to then.
@@PikaLink91 Evolutionarily, does it make sense that our species specific diet tastes bad to us? Why do cows love the taste of grass and we don't? Because we're not meant to eat grass. Humans can't even eat grains without cooking or processing them. That itself should indicate to you they're not intended for human consumption. Our natural diet is edible in its raw form and tastes good in its raw form. This being mainly meat and fruit.
@@TatTvaum How do you explain milk then? The milk is meant for the calve and was never intended for human consumption. Yet we extract and pasterize it so we can drink it without getting ill.
Also tastebuds are different. They have this spicy soup at our local Chinese restaurant that my stepdad keep complaining has no taste at all, whereas I find it delicious and just gobble it up. Likewise, some people find rugbrød delicious, I don't.
@@PikaLink91 Milk shouldn't be pasteurised
Det gir ingen mening at du vurdere tingene som “Køge” feks. Sig nu bare 0-10. Btw Randers jokes er totalt 2012 style
and stop beying trhe worst rugbrød in denmark maby that help out to
