They turned hauling and application of manure into an art. Trucks stay out of the fields and the roads stay clean
Lovely traler and lorry
Looks like the “The Cadillac of manure tanks”…brother has good taste Lol
nice trailer !
Very impressive! Brilliant video 💪🏻 🏴
Congrats on the new tank love seeing u guys expanding the farm/manure operation
Hello from Canada great looking truck congratulations
Hi Andy !
Nice manure trailer.
Very happy for your bro! Love it !
Thanks Andy Hourigan the great and have a good day !
That turned out to be a nice outfit! Now i see why you need big motors in your trucks. WOW!! 👍👍
That new truck and trailer would look awesome wrapped like the feed wagon!
Once again Andy awesome video! Always look forward to your videos. Brings back a lot of good memories when we farmed.
Love seeing your videos and how big your kit is compared to UK.
Already has a tail light out🤣. Awesome tank guys. Looks good 👍
Thanks Andy! Sharp rig! I bought a 24" flat screen TV. Got tired of squinting watching videos on my tablet or cell phone.
Now I can see when you. Point to one detail or another
Nice
like the new tanker , didn;t know SARAH is now driving the injector tractor well done gal !!
Sarah is making a great farm hand next thing you know she'll be running the operation
Congratulations on 1000 videos! Great video as always!
This is the week the people in the green house, finally decided on that trip to Hawaii...
Here in north central Indiana, the most common truck, tanker and spreader setup is a boom on the manure spreader in the field. Semi truck n tanker stops on the road at the field, spreader pulls up next to it, swings the boom over and into the top of it and sucks it empty in a couple minutes and off both of em go again. Allows for any semi tractor to pull a tanker. Keeps trucks on the road and tractor n spreader in the field. I believe Houle, Balzer and other manufacturers are making this attachment now. Conservative Mennos that are Houle dealer and custom manure applicators in northern Indiana would build these spreaders cheaper than Houle would sell em.

Great video, real joy to watch!
Nice looking rigging. Updates are a must doing all the work you guys do. Nice video thanks Andy.
Great video Andy thank you. I appreciate your videos and really enjoy them.
Looks like a great trailer setup thanks for sharing buddy
Really nice Andy! Thanks for sharing your new trailer with us.
Enjoy watching your videos Andy!! 👍
Good looking trailer. They did a nice job putting it all together.
Hello! Fancy trailer!
Sweet trailer Andy. Looks really serviceable and we’ll designed. I’ll bet a few more of these show up sooner than later.
Neat, Andy, you guys own all the lastest equipment ! Always fun with new equip.
Very impressive nice addition to the fleet
Hell of a tank, they definitely make quality equipment. You'll have the lagoon empty in no time.Great job.👍
It's a shit tanker lol, i don't think Andy or any of the crew care about the paintwork
@@legocreatorkid9602 I don't think the shirt cares if it's acid washed or not. Maybe you could go and polish it for Andy
Cool stuff Andy I always enjoy your videos
Your brother has quite a sweet setup. I really like that tank trailer. Lots of thought went into it. You’ll be able to drain the lagoon quickly now.
You'll love that tanker. We have 3 of them now.
Smart looking trailer Andy 🤩🤩
👌🤙👍👍
Very nice set up there Andy, good workmanship on the plumbing of that trailer. she will definitely will move some turds. have a good day
Nice setup they did a awesome job making it nice to see people reusing fuel tanks for something else after they cannot be used for fuel anymore
108 LOL. You guys are awesome. Greg Devine says hi. Remember when the bull flipped you over in the skid steer???
Hello Greg
The best trailer you will ever have
She won't be that clean and pretty long but all the benefits from that liquid gold is what counts in the long run. I can smell it from here. Thanks for sharing.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, this is an impressive operation.
That's a nice tanker Andy.
Excellent video Andy thanks nice truck 🚜🚛🚜🚛🚜🚛🚜🚛
Enjoyed the video the trailer looks nice
Looks nice behind the Pete👍
New manure trailer is awesome
Great looking setup Andy, good to see your brother getting in on some of the videos even if he hides his face lol.
Nice slosh down the new trailer ...first trip ...
Nice New Poo wagon and Truck indeed !
Andy that's a nice looking old gas wagon that is going to still haul gas into its new life 😂 looks good behind the pete i liked the swing wet line hose piece on the front on trailer
That is a nice tanker!
Very clean buil, great having remote capabilities.
Nice looking unit, not for long huh.
Should be easier to clean up.
I like the center pump configuration.
I'll have too come out pull one of them trailers for ya lol
been pulling trailers for 48 years . Retired now lol
Really enjoying the farming videos, however I would like to see the milking operation and parlor ! Thanks keep up the good work !
He’s talked about that before why cannot do that. Probably go to different channel if you want to see it.
Quite the manure Operation!!
Morning Andy and Family🚜🚜🚜🚜
That a nice looking tank man
Amazing how much time, money and equipment goes into pumping cow crap on a field LOL!!! Love it, great video and as always all the best to everyone, and thanks for putting it out!
Nice tanker Andy! I’m jealous for sure I don’t think we could get away hauling that kind of gallons around here
Looking good y’all
Man thats a nice trailer the tractor on is a good match now u guys can realy haul now
Putting that rear valve assembly on some sort of boom so they are further up the fender but rotate back is the only improvement I would suggest. That would protect them from manure when the spread plate is possibly used.
Thank you for the suggestion, we don't have much of a problem with manure getting on them, plus if it were further up the fender if a tire blew it could damage the valve.
😵💫 What a tanker and spreader. Very impressive and will cover some acreage. Have Sarah drive it 😂
First! love the videos Andy!
Thanks for the update 😀
I would love to see Sarah smiling and hauling liguid manure. Hauling liguid manure when I first started back in 80 has sure changed, I started hauling liguid manure with a 1500 Badger and my bosses son sucked the side in and he was next to it and scared the crap out of him when it happened so we got a Nuhn tank like yours and pulled it with 4640
Very impressive tanker fleet ! You guys have the efficiency of manure handling /spreading dialed in perfect . We used too custom spread hog manure in the fall and spring with a Diller tanker . The newest thing for our area is spreading turkey and chicken litter . I've been spreading chicken litter for a few days now . The neighbors can't stand the smell but with next year's fertilizer costs the way they are the litter is the way to go . Great video keep up the good work !
Are you in pa???
@@jdjd7127 southern Michigan and Northern Ohio. Take care !
Tim’s back!!
Great. Well done.
Nice looking rig
Nice looking trailer. Those off load kits aren’t cheap but can move some manure
Nice. Looks like it’ll be good to work on. Everything is out where you can get to it
Awesome video
Wow that's a nice piece of equipment right there. That guy at Hainsworth does nice work huh? I really like how the hydraulics are plumbed and configured. You guys have really expanded the manure hauling fleet in the past year or two pretty impressive.
I can tell your brother Richard doesn't really seem like he wants to be on UA-cam lol, can't say that I completely blame him. You have a really good ability to narrate videos and describe things, I'm sure it's not easy talking to the camera at times. Awesome video
Hopefully we can get him warmed up to the camera……I have to respect it and he tolerates me really well considering
Yeah I hear ya. You never know he might surprise you someday. Doesn't seem like that long ago Sarah wouldn't say a word now she takes the camera lol
Nice trailer
Nice tanker like how solid those knife valves and hydraulics are, not sure how long it is going to stay white.
Oh, you gotta get a custom DOT Diamond with a bull taking a dump for that side placard.
Happy 1000 videos 😀
I didn’t even know that
WE often wondered who had that field on Cpl Welch. Guess we'll see that new tanker there a few times now.
We have 3Hainsworth manure tanks. I put the wireless remote kit on them, they work great. Sold our dillers and replaced them with the Hainsworth tanks. I feel like the dry hill pumps and nurseboom assembly’s are far superior to the dillers. I like the 315/75/22.5 tires On them too, we seem to get more life out of them, best of luck with them Andy.
I also have our pto gears on the trucks to 160% so we get full hyd pump flow at 12-1300 rpm so they aren’t screaming burning fuel unloading walking floors or manure tanks. Just a thought next time for pto re-gearing when you rebuild one.
I would recommend the rear unload though
OK that was interesting t Hank u 4 sharing.
very first class...
Nice tanker there. Here we can’t spread any manure from Oct to March. It rains to much and there is concern about runoff into salmon streams.
That's an awesome tanker, makes the dilers look antique !! Richard ain't a camera man anyways. Lol. That 8320 rebuild sounds good Andy!!👍👏👌
That’s the 8120
@@FarmingFixingFabricating 💩.better look again. Lol.
Aluminum trailers Peter builts. All you need now is a beer truck
Hi Andy nice looking tanker should be able to shift alot manure now come on let's see your brother in a video
Hey Andy, if you went to smaller tankers the girls could get in on lots of dumps!LOL Don't tell them I suggested they have more dumps.LOL. 😉 I'm helping you get them back for their video of you talking about dumps all the time.LOL
I'm hauling manure myself over here in Norway so it's fun to see how others are doing it around the world. The capacity of this new trailer is about the same as our equipment (30-33m3) but we are set up with a 3rd axle and two pumps so we both load and unload with the trailer. Under ideal conditions it takes about 4-6 minutes to load up the trailer. How much do you get on the tank on the other trailers you run? Keep them videos coming, much appreciated!
8,000
Might’ve put a safety rail or walkway up the front. At least then you’d be safe from falling off if you’re supervising loading.
Very impressive tanker, great addition to the fleet. How many gallons/minute does the pump at the lagoon do?
2000-2500
The people across the street must really like it when you are doing that.
Farms Were there before the people. Get tired of hearing people complain about the smell etc. when they are the ones moving in. I guess my pet peeve. Part of living in the country. Don’t like it move Farms cannot unless they are Bought out.
@@paulprigge1209 I live in a rural town in Northeast Connecticut. More dairy cows than people, although it's starting to go the other way. In the past 10 to 15 years there have been so many new houses put up and all these people are moving in from who the hell knows where. They treat everyone that lives here already like crap. Same thing, complaining about the mud on the road and the smell of cow manure etc. it is irritating
@@Adam_Poirier That is like the people that moved next to O’Hare airport near Chicago and now bitch about the noise from the plains.
Ever smell pig manure being sprayed on a hot summer day??? This manure is being injected into the ground... the weather is cold... windows are closed....
That is the cleanest that trailer will ever be. Nice looking trailer though.
That’s a nice poop hauler !!
You seem pretty excited about that new tanker do you like a kid in a candy store
It’s nice
@@FarmingFixingFabricating What were your options in terms of gallons how big could you go
Looks like you done got a convoy there rubber duck
hav u thought about putting a elevated rail along the top of the frack tank to "rest" the tanker pipe on to reduce the weight/pressure at the pivot point ?
No
Nice!
Rainbow shineing at Andy farm
Well, you must be getting your brother warmed up to the idea of being on camera? Maybe he will start a youtube channel as well, haha. Great looking trailer
