Was Shannon very short? Lynn's not extremely tall.. Made me recall Chevy Chase and Paul Simon "call me Al".. The old black and white photo cracked me up, great tune.
Do you know who the sound engineers were at the time this was recorded at Cherokee?...I have a friend in Holland who worked at Cherokee during the mid 70's

Not sure about the sequence stated here-Xanadu was in 1980, six years after this recording, so the ONJ/Del connection doesn't make sense.
