You pronounce the name of the English letter H strangely. The way you pronounced it is a notable existent pronunciation of it, but only a small minority of English speakers pronounce it like that, and it is not the standard way. The normal way of pronouncing the name of the letter is as you did but without the H sound at the beginning; so like 'eych', and not 'heych'.

In English, we usually use "Blockhead" in the same way, implying that the "block" is a block of wood (Holzkopf).
i liked the first example so much that i am now going to refer to ugly things as "looking like a dropped pie" in english =)
I learned some slang words in Berlin, but best not even go there as they are pretty "colorful". Berliners sure are a colorful group of folks! :)))

the Irish say 'hayche'. Since Australia is mostly Irish decent, that makes sense.

"Woodhead" is understandable, but I think a better translation would be "blockhead". Wood is implied this way; a block of wood.
