- The German plural can be quiet annoying sometimes. Still there are specific tips, tricks and hacks and German plural rules which I will explain you in this video. With these 6 tips I give you in this video you will be able to get around 80% of the plurals right with just about 10 minutes of learning these tips and tricks. These tips and tricks will help you to memorize the German plural of MOST German nouns without learning all the different and confusing rules.
At the end as usual there is a bonus tip in which I am going to give you the best tips and tricks to learn when you need to change the vowels into "Umlaut".

7:46 a small tip as well: if a noun is feminine, and if it forms its plural by adding an -e: there is always an umlaut (if there is A, O or U in the singular form of the noun).

@@yourgermanteacher i was learning german in school for 10 years and i was always the best in remembering words but we didn't really learn the grammar or the pronunciation (which seems to be much easier than in english) unfortunately.In english the hardest part to master is a native accent.There you have voiced/unvoiced th sounds, dark L, glottal stop (but it's more often used in the cockney accent) for example and the spelling is a mess, but i can speak english as a native speaker by now.
lets do the same with german! :)
@@yourgermanteacher i wish since i live here in Germany.And my family name is also german Holzer would be the right spelling but the country where i was born there was a change in lot of the schwabisch (germanic) names, but i don't know why :(

Thanks a lot bro, a big big hug from my side just because I recently joined in a german language school and started learning plural words but I felt so sad I checked with my tutor whether I need to memories all these plural words she told me to memories as much as I can , she is a native german. Nobody made German that easy for me.
I love the way you explain your lectures . Can you please make videos continuously , and start with a german book (menschen for example) and each lesson from the first to the last page of the book explaining the grammar and vocabulary just like in a real course.

Ive done A1 and A2 exams and have passed. But learning german in Switzerland is hard because they explain everything in german and half the time i dont know what they are saying and even if I knew i dont understand why.
