For the going to bed early part: chronotype plays a big role if people want to/can get up early in the morning. Also, where people are in a timezone, the practicality is affected. 6am in Switzerland is much easier than here in Belgium, closer to the other edge of the European timezone. Simply, the whole daily sun cycle is shifted 1-1.5h later during the day. What do you think about these? And great video with good tips, nice b-rolls and text, I liked it! 🙂 For chapter links, add 0:00, so it shows up as chapters in the video, too.

Thanks for the chapter tip and complements 💜!
I agree, doesn't have to be 6am. I think the important thing is consistency (not military level 100%, but most the time). I meant 6am more like an "If you want to get up early, 6 is still early but more doable to be consistent". There's a lot of hype for 4am and 5am morning routines, and I don't see how someone can do that consistently unless they just never have a late night out. But point is -- I agree 100%: try to be consistent with a time that makes sense for your life. Also southern Europe you could add to your examples where 6 am doesn't make much sense. Restaurants open for dinner at 8:30 pm in Italy. So assuming your not giving up restaurants, a later wake up time will keep the adjustment the next day more doable. I like Switzerland's 6pm dinner standard better than Italy's 😂
