I did a tune up on a 1998 Chrysler Grand Voyager with a 3.3 litre V6. I replaced all the spark plugs and wires. The front was easy and better if you replace one wire at a time. The back spark plugs, you have to take out the wiper motor cowl in order to get access to the plugs. You must use a stubby wrench to loosen the plugs and a palm driver to remove and replace. Also use anti seize on the spark plug threads
Had dodge caravan 2000 model from auction for $650 in 10/14 had it till 2017 before getting a different vehicle, I’m definitely not the soccer mom driver. Only issues was replaced radiator and hoses to coolant and alternator. I would of still had it. But after a suv 🚙 hit my van’s door put a dent in and twisted the frame. The SUV grill was broken in with large coolant pouring out . I just got a truck instead. But amazingly beyond 350k +it still ran perfectly even with my immaturity of leaking radiator overheating engine 3 times where I had to pull on roadside and refill before getting it replaced . Just my experience
Speakin of wrecks, i have a 2000 caravan base that ive been building into a camper. long story short if you look at my picture, the front right fender has a small dent in it above the headlight from when a 2008 honda accord "roll stopped" at a 4 way and the corners of our vehicles met, he ended up totaling his accord because my van annihilated its whole front end before chewing it up and spitting it back out.. Ive since reinforced certain places on the body for the safety of my children and i but overall i was quite impressed with the structural integrity of it for sure
Agreed. This was my aunt's van, and I always thought it was trimmed more like the Town & Country rather than a Grand Caravan. It's an oddball, for sure!
Has a cassette and a CD 💿 player. Being this vehicle is made in Canada 🇨🇦, I can play Anne Murray, The Guess Who, Celine Dion, Alana Miles, Gordon Lightfoot, Michael Bublé, Shania Twain, Diana Krall, Glass Tiger. All the above mentioned singers are from Canada.
+clemsonbloke Help me understand how you translate 215/55R17 to 15” tires? That’s what’s hilarious. 215 is the width in millimeters 55 is the aspect ratio between width and height R is radial construction 17 is the rim diameter in inches.
@@NeighborhoodCarReviews I've owned these vans and they do not have 17 inch wheels. 16 inch was the premium wheel for these vans. No 17's were offered.
@@clemsonbloke On Base, SE and LE, you are right. 17" wheels weren't offered. If you had the LE, for $510 you could opt for the Wheel/Handling Group that added 16" aluminum wheels. On the Sport, you could opt for the $262 16" aluminum wheels. All that being said, the ES (Standard and Long Wheelbase) vans all had 17" aluminum wheels as standard equipment.

It is a damn good vehicle. Very easy to work on. Can fix most problems in the drive way.
How about the transmission? Can you replace that in your driveway?

+Creston Cook Not really. It just means you can manually shift the gears. So, I guess you could get more performance by better use of the power bands.
