I started with macebell and then added heavy clubs, presuming Indian clubs to be for lower strength individuals. However, after getting a 6 club set of 3 weights for my wife in rehab and practicing myself, I have learned that Indian clubs are so much more. I can work different muscle sets from different perspectives and add techniques and artistic avenues that round out my swinging in ways I otherwise never considered. I am looking forward to more knowledge and building my base with these.
@@Papadoc1000 that’s amazing to hear. There’s lots of benefits to light clubs, indeed. Compared to the other tools they work your fingers and wrists a lot and surprisingly the shoulders because of the extended positions. Great that you’ve decided to give them a go!
I’ve been interested and working with macebells for a while now and have been looking to also incorporate clubs. Actually just ordered a few sets about 20 minutes before this video dropped 😁 excited to go back through your catalog and see what else I can learn. Thank you for the very educational and entertaining content 🤙
@ I do actually follow his content as well and it was also interesting watching their two different styles come together. I appreciate the suggestion thanks 👍
@@Rrkeiel not an expert here, but would suggest starting much lighter than you think you need and learn the skill before increasing the weight. I believe you will get more benefit from lighter weight with better form over heavy weight with bad form

Perfect addition for in between your heavy swinging days. Or to warm up before going heavy. Two different disciplines but compliments one another.
