I found that as I've been doing a single arm heavy club program, my light club work has been better. Keeping form is so important with the heavier weights so it's made me be conscious of it when the weight is much lighter.

Definitely good info in the video, but that audio clipping was annoying and pulled my attention away from what was being said at times.

Because I combined every training style out there, like strongman weightlifting powerlifting calisthenics in a little bit of bodybuilding, still I do a lot of Swing training and circular training and I definitely have taken a lot from many different styles of Club swinging and I guess have made my own sort of patterns and protocols

I actually bought your indian club class. very disappointing purchase. Theres no follow along workout videos. Plus after getting set and ready practice you find out you need to buy a metronome on top of not being supplied with something to follow along with so you have to create your own timer. Also you cant save the tutorials so you can try them without the internet. Im a big fan of your youtube channel and you seem like a great guy but unfortunately actually buying your content has not been more helpful than any tutorial you can get for free on youtube.

Hey man, ah that's unfortunate to hear. The 101 is a few years old now, and we actually recently re-shot the entire course including follow along videos. So you will now be able to perform all the videos including the metronome just from the internet. We're also shooting the follow-along videos for all of the light clubs (and all the other categories soon in March and those will be added to the courses when they're edited. So if you have access to the SIX, there will be follow along videos in the near future. Thank you so much for the feedback and keep flowing!

It still exists in India. i learnt it in school during the sixties and seventies. Varanasi style jori is not the only style practiced in India. Neither is the karlakattai of south India or mudgar practiced in other parts. India is vast and varied.🙏🙏🙏

There is so much free content on UA-cam, it is so much more satisfying to figure it out for free.

Yes, lots of varieties still exist in India. I know all about that :). However, here I'm talking specifically about Indian Clubs or Light Clubs. This particular style of clubs and swinging was not done in India. It was based on an old form of European dumbbell swinging that turned into light clubs after the 1800's. This is also were club juggling originated from.

I am also talking about light British style indian clubs. These were and still are frequently taught in many boarding schools. Like I said,I learnt them in a school run by Irish Christian brothers in the far north east of India during the sixties and seventies. This was long before I ever saw any heavy joris or karlakattais.🙏🙏🙏

@@manjitrupbikram Oh really, I did not know that. I haven't really come across any light clubs in India so far. But that might change at some point then! Awesome share of some history, thanks.

So? He has taken the trouble to learn and make it accessible to an english speaking audience outside of the akadaas making the benefits available to a much larger audience. I really like his content
