- PHUKET, THAILAND. Come explore beautiful Thailand with us. In this video, we visit Phuket and the absolutely stunning Phang Nga Bay.
In Phuket, we check out Banzaan Fresh Market for durian and incredibly fresh seafood (food in Phuket is something else), Phuket Old Town, the pristine Freedom Beach. At night, we explore the lively Patong Beach area and Bangla Road. The next day, we stay at Samet Nangshe Boutique Hotel and embark on a traditional longtail boat tour of Phang Nga Bay, visiting Koh Panyee, a floating Muslim fishing village, along the way.

Durian is expensive because of high demand but low supply. Durian is a fruit that requires super care not every soli in Thailand can grow it and needs to control the water quality because durian can not grow or is not good quality if water has salinity. It takes time to grow fruit but for the durian tree, it takes much more probably 5 years - 40 years.
In Malaysia durian can grow everywhere (because of the climate). In Thailand, the soil in the north not fertile for agriculture. The best durian is yellowish or goldenish in colour. Thailand durian look dull in colour. The best durian is from Msia (musang king). The reason why Msia not the top durian exporter because our government so comfortable with the oil & gas export. More money (profit) than export fruits.. Btw Thailand is not an oil & gas exporter country.

If they don't care about the quality they can grow it anywhere also.
About the best durian. If Malaysia is the best as you claimed. Why the export is so low. In Thailand the government does not support it also.

Phuket is a beautiful island. So much to see and do. I think it should be made clear though, that the sex part of Phuket and Thailand as a whole is really only found in a few of the more touristy areas. Mainly Patong and Karon beaches in Phuket (still worth visiting even if that's not your thing). Nightclubs, live music and very central to the islands main attractions. But, the rest of Phuket is just like any other tropical paradise. Beautiful, warm/hot and very kid friendly...👍😬
