I agree with you about changing to smaller countershaft sprockets. I almost always change back to a larger sprocket cause I typically ride 50% or more on the streets and highways. Good video - Don
nice upgrades. pretty tasteful from all ive seen the color is nice too. i wanted the green one myself but ended up with red which i fell in love with right away so at least there is that :) thanks for the video !
@@WOODZMANi really love the red its just like my 50 when i was a kid... at first though i was thinkin survival mode ( as per norm ) just in case i ever wanted to camo it etc.. hehe i love my bike so much :) i hardly ridden it yet but i will :P
Hey frank the exhaust looks so much better..the bike has a military kinda bug out bike look now very nice job on everything..with the extra gas tank and what the bike can hold what do you think the range might be.. I am sure the gearing might lower mpg some but the power increase is worth it.its the same thing I have always done with most of the bikes I have owned ...I remember when I had my 250 rally it needed it bad.. lol .. and thank you for all the videos ..sure makes ny winters better seeing some sun and Arizona ..trying to sell my house and make the move around the same areas. hope it happens for me.. Thanks again and enjoy !!!!!!!
Thanks Matthew, yea I think the black on the exhaust looks a lot better, I getting it all fixed up. I think with the extra gallon of fuel my range should be close to 300 miles
Beautiful looking bike. Ive had mine for a few days now and I really want to paint my exhaust like yours. I was wondering if you did anything to it before painting it. Did you have to sand it, apply body filler, sand again, primer, etc.
I took paper and laid it on the rear rack, marked the threaded holes that are in the rack, used the paper as a template and marked the holes in the bottom of the box then drilled them. Went to the hardware store and found 4 bolts, I also laid down some black rubber/foam that is made for tool boxes and put it between the box and the rack.
I think the black exhaust really improves the look of the bike.
Same here

Nice Honda trail, I have the 2024 tumeric yellow, how do you attach the front box?
There is holes in the rack so I just drilled holes in the box and bolted it
Good video👍🏻 I have a 2023 and a 2024

I didn’t sand it, I just wiped it all down with alcohol, paint it holding up good
Thank you!
Thanks for watchin
Cool little bike. Looks fun.
It is a blast!
just picked up a 3800 harbor freight bpx for my 300 L
That would be a good size for the 300L
love it
Thanks for watching
How did you mount the back box? I just got one from Harbor Freight and was curious.

@@WOODZMAN cool thanks!
