There is a big difference. Japanese people prepare most of tuna for sashimi, sushi...., in other words, they eat it raw. So they have to follow very severe higienic mesures. In Sicily most of people do not even want to hear about eating raw fish 🤣
They also use the same knife for everything. In Japan, they have so many knives whereas this guy just uses the big rectangular one for everything. I'm not a butcher or anything but I don't think that helps you get the most meat out of the fish. Tbh, I don't think they even care about whether it's high fat tuna or low fat tuna by the way they're cutting it.

Well, this tunas didnt sufer as much as animals that are raised for meat purposes. It was only at the end, like nature is supposed to be... Like if a shark hunted it in the sea. BUT animals that live in the wild (as its supposed) dont reproduce at the same rate that humans eat them and kill its enviroment. We have to eat less meat ( like once a week top) and stop destroying enviroments ( like oceans and jungles).
