Hard Drive Recovery - Seagate jammed motor swap process

The motor of the Seagate hard drive stuck after being in a production environment for more than 3 years. After the power failure, the hard drive did not start to work. Engineers identified the problem and changed the spindle motor of the hard drive to recover the critical data of the customer.
