I spotted a wonderful pet portrait at Goodwill of two dogs laying on gorgeous furniture. It was done in acrylics or oils of the obviously beloved pets. It went weeks in the GW with no one buying it, so I did. I just hated it that this expensive pet portrait of these two adorable dogs was headed to the bins before long. I presented it to my vet on my next visit and it is hanging on their wall now.
Oh, how sweet. I love the cats dressed in Victorian clothes with the big ruffle collars.
Barb, what a cool idea!
I love that you did tha!! Very sweet!!
I have been lax on my comments and I feel kind of bad, but I know that the CLL knows where all the deals are had! She killed it on her WhatNot show and made me so so proud! So lets all put the word out and shout it out loud! We love you lots Miss Jocelyn and know you work so hard. And now you have new stickers to include in all the cards! 🧡🧡🧡🧡
Aww. Thanks, Karen! Good to hear from you. Hope you are well!

That pink cat is an earring holder for pierced earrings😻💕
The pink kitty was vintage as I had one growing up. It's to store your pierced earrings on. :)
The googley eye kitty is a earring holder. I had one in the late 70’s.
I took a piece of plastic canvas and glued to a backless frame, for my earrings.
Also, you’re channeling your inner Kate with the pink goggly eyed earring holder. Love it. Embrace it!
Was gonna say the same thing, I had one back in the 70's
I'm like you Have to pick up that pink 80's Cat earing Holder..Like the one I had at 9 yo
I appreciate the fact that you keep your videos short.I can watch without stopping & starting.
Ah, the thrill of the hunt! I picked up a bag of 13 Jonathan Adler porcelain ornaments for $6 (less than 50 cents each) and they're selling for $20-40 each. I doubt I can let any of them go, though. I love his designs and they're gorgeous. As always, thanks for sharing your treasures! 💙
Wish we could see them.
That Menorah was beautiful. Cute owl figurine. Love the googly eye kitty.
I have a dog with holes like the pink cat & it holds earrings. Great finds in this video.
I also had an owl and a poodle in that style in the 80s ❤
I used to throw pottery. Raku pottery can’t be used to hold water anyway. It’s a different firing process. 😊
I was proud of myself today. Left the Longaberger ceramics on the shelf (no sales outlet anymore since I don't sell on line any more) but did nab the mint condition bright blue Viking compote. Proud of myself because I knew it on sight. Spent $3. No carts rolled out at all while I was there. RE: lightweight items ... that's what jewelry is for!
That goodwill had a great soundtrack that day. I was singing along to each snippet.
I’m thinking the googley eye cat might be an earring holder. Looks like one I had many many years ago.
Agree. It's probably from the 70's and it came with that hot pink paint and those googly eyes. Probably sold at Woolworths.
Yes Torino
Same 😊
I had a yellow animal...cannot recall what it was. Had it from '72 to 78. Same deal with googly eyes and all.
Same... had one in the 70's
I noticed the *Gone with the Wind* plates....they looked fantastic. Adelaide Australia
I love the giant Williamsburg pottery mug with blue flowers!
The puppy dog painting is adorable but when you go to list it… list it as a staffordshire terrier… people confuse the pitties and staffys all the time and you may get a higher price if more staffy people see it. You probably already know this, but just trying to help :)
And here I thought it was a boxer! 😂
Good for you picking up that corn jug that has a high value I’d have left it behind as the corn looked weird to me in blue
Pink cat was an earring holder. I had a green one in the 1970's
That pink wild cat with holes in it ,I had several when I was young for my ear rings to but on
The salt glazed soap dispenser was made by my parents, Salt O Thee Earth Pottery!! They vended at the Maryland Christmas Show in Fredrick in the 90s!!
That’s awesome!!
My mom loves your channel and was thrilled to see you found a piece she made!!! ❤️
Pink cat was an earring holder from the 70s....I had the exact one and that pink is original
13:30 that's an Earring holder. I had one like it in the 80"s the paint is probably original, Neon was stylish then
The pink cat withvthe holes is for earrings hun. From the early 70s
Vintage scissors are in high demand, and pinking shears even more so. I collect vintage scissors.
I just love your closing music. It’s so you!!
Loved the white Rhino.
Is the pink cat with the googly eyes an earring holder? Looks like something I had as a teen. That pitcher was AMAZING!!! Went shopping at Goodwill today and my friend found this beautiful Chec crystal ashtray that was so heavy, had a flower carved (?) onto the bottom. Her comment showing it to me was " You could kill someone with this!" She paid only $1.31 !!!!!
“Weapon grade pottery” I like to call it!
Just curious, would you be willing sometime in the future to make a video on how the Whatnot platform works? Kinda like how you outlined how eBay works with shipping and stuff? 🙂
The pink cat was probably a vintage earring holder. I had something like that in the 70s.
At 4:52, that tall pottery that you called a vase-it had such a small hole in the top I wonder if it wasn’t actually for a gazing ball. The ball’s protruding base would fit in that hole to make it more secure. Just a thought 🤷♀️
Lol " Corn juice "around my area is moonshine .😊
Great Walk-through. Always enjoy seeing what you find. Please Stay Safe Happy and Healthy Have A Wonderful Day
The hot pink googly eye owl might be much older than you think. It reminds me of something from my childhood ( like 60's, 70's era. Im in my sixties now) we had something very similar, itvwas to hold your post earrings to display and keep from losing them.
"Corn juice" LOL cracked me up!
Lots of great treasure. Pink cat with the goolie eyes is cute . Enjoy your dinner sounds delicious 😋 Have a wonderful evening
fun video. luving your friend kate's videos.
There were over 288 comments on you Christmas vidio no room for me
It was an awesome vidio. I enjoyed it so much. Much happiness , health, good fortune for you and your family
My cat with the googly eyes was blue and was an earring holder. Was a birthday day gift in the early 70's!!!!
Small vintage wooden plaque...not good, not bad, half(assed) is the pun there. It was a very popular saying on a lot of kitchen plaques 😀
I loved it because that’s my motto wrt all house work - I half-ass it! 🤣 I do just enough to make it look passable. Thorough cleaning 2x a year.
You should give the pink cat to Juliette! It’s an earring tree!!
It's fun to find surprises at the end.
I went into comment overload for a while. I don't do much sharing unless it's cute kittens or pet rescue vids. Love Jocelyn & the fam...
I saw a vintage (possibly metal) globe on the bottom of fresh cart as you grabbed the Santa. I love globes and have to admit I may have too many, lol. They make awesome decorations, especially in groupings of different sizes and colors. Some are worth flipping, especially Reploge globes. It's also fun to date them by using the Reploge website section that helps identify time periods based on country name changes. Your kiddos can be challenged to find the countries and do the research. Set a timer and see who can arrive at the correct year first. I find them extremely interesting ❣️
That vase you put back before you picked up the Raku vase is a hand thrown wood fired salt glazed vase. Most likely made in Seagrove NC. There is a market for wood fired pottery. You probably could have fetched ~$30 for it.
it could be a stunning cowboy hat holder/display...BUT THE SHIPPING?????
@@pamelafisher1986 I think if people really want it they won’t consider shipping
For that pitcher...I live in Iowa and I have the sugar and Creamer to that pitcher.I like it.
M. Strubel created for Haeger. I have the curious mountain climbing toddlers and when I found it I was just as perplexed as you!
that blue box was lovely
I think that was a Yoda LEGO clock. Andrew may have liked it? The weird “hands” are the giveaway. Loved your video, as always, and can’t wait for the next What Not! Thank you for working so hard Jocelyn!!❤️
Wonder what the Daffy Duck vase qas all about? 🤔
I believe that the bright pink cat was an earring holder from either the late 60's or early 70's . They were usually painted bright colors.
That pink cat is from the late 70’s. It is an earring holder. I had a similar one when I was a kid.
Oh my goodness, the picture of the dog looks just like my Ellie Mae!!! 🥰🥰🥰
I think the hot pink kitty with googly eyes is late 70 s eating holder
I just found your channel and have been binge watching your older videos. Just like your style!! I will have to check out What Not. 💞🇺🇲
Welcome Vicki! Glad you're here. We're a really nice supportive bunch here. You fit right in. 🤗 Jocelyn is amazing, super down to earth and pretty darn funny. 🤣🤣
Welcome to the CLL fam!
I do sometimes rarely but see Jonathan Adler at Marshalls/HomeGoods..and he did have a line for JCPenney back I think 2015.. I have some pieces!!
The. 6.49 blue and white pitcher with corn on it.
"I'm not a fast cook. I'm not a slow cook. I'm a HALF ASSED cook."
Ha! I was coming here to explain to her she has to read it fast to get the funny.
I was thinking "Half Baked cook"
I think the sleigh shaped wood thingy was a business card holder!
As you buy fragile items, l would put a cloth on the base of the trolley to protect your items.
The corn picture was a beautiful piece and absolutely shocking at what it is worth I am glad you found it and got it
Pitcher?? I didn't see what it is worth 🤷
@@pattig2750 right in beginning $125+
Love the Robin with her babies ❤️ First bird of Spring here in RI 🤗
Pink cat with googling eyes is to hold stud earrings
The pretty silver-plated casserole dish covers with the ornate knobs are my towel holders in my bathroom
Mind if I ask how did u use them-we had to redo our house due to hurricane Laura and I’ve yet to find towel holders I like
Anyone else watch this and think of Thrifter Junker singing "It's Corn" when Jocelyn picked up the pitcher? Or just me and it's real late after work... lol :)
I’m the one that bought the awesome dog painting!! I lives on my art wall. We love it!
Say "Half Fast" three times fast. Listen as you say it, and you'll figure it out Jocelyn! Lol!
The poytng shed spoon rest was take off on Dedham Pottery.
The pink cat is an earring holder. The milk glass thingy is a tea light holder. A toothpick holder w/b deeper.
You're an inspiration, Ms Jocelyn ❤️
I’ll be at the next sale as well. At the last sale, your first sale, I had immediate vibes of your old haul videos with Andrew!! It was very comfy and chill. Looking forward to more of Andrew singing 🤷♀️🙏🏻
Did I miss a rendition of “ring my bell?”
@@laurarose6829 It was better than that. I can’t remember what he was singing but Andrew has a nice voice.
I wish there was a way to watch previous Whatnot auctions. Not to bid on the items obviously but it sounded like a lot of fun just watching!
@@somethingoldsomethingnew2199 I think you can. Check to see.
Why does GW put the sticker on the surface of a painting!!!???? UGH!
While thrifting i found the same corn pitcher. I was excited only before checking out, i noticed the crack inside by the spout. I had to place it back on the shelf...
Good Will trips are great! A real challenge!
Jocelyn, at one point you pass by a stack of plates on the bottom shelf; there is an image of Rhett Butler and Mamy from Gone with the Wind. Those plates are crazy expensive and you can get $30+ (and way more!) for some of them! Go back and find! 😄
Yep. Cancel culture will make that stuff expensive. I bought every dvd of the movie. It’s historical, which may not be pretty but it’s truth
I would go back and check the Ansel Adams print. He is very famous!!! ( 6:02-6:15)
There's a lot of Ansel Adam's posters out there
Lasagna sounds soooo good, havent had that in a while
Anything old with corn design seems to sell well. It’s a thing 🙃
Love the pink earring holder
The pink metal cat with the google eyes is an earring holder from the 1970’s
The googly-eye cat with the holes in it is an early 70s earring holder/rack.
The pink cat with the googly eyes is an earring holder
Got to go thrifting tomorrow 😀👍🏽
I’m inspired!!!
I gotta go today
I live in Ellicott City and need to go check them out! My local GW’s have been hit or miss lately
The blue and white pitcher has kintsuge - gold “repairs” running through the pattern - which is likely why you found such a good price for it. Nice item!
I saw that too! I love when it’s repaired like that. Makes it even more of an original. I want to fix something of mine in the same manner but do not know what product to use.
It was just gold paint. 🤷🏼♀️ But that would have been really neat. I’ve yet to find a piece like that.
Hola. Maria and my doggie Tiny Land from Phoenix Arizona. Love your vidios. Beautiful stuff. They look very expensive.
The pink cat is an earring holder mostly for post earrings, i used to have one
you should have grabbed that rhino! it is adorable and you could have made money from it
I think the pink cat earring holder came with bright colors and Google eyes. I remember seeing it in yellow and lime green.
I just found a hot pink poodle earring holder like your pink cat. My daughter loves it
One day maybe visit the Waynesboro, PA goodwill. Then hit Greencastle GW on the way up 81 to Chambersburg.
I think you found some great items…and I liked the chicken.😂
Thought I saw clear fairy light
I totally would have got that Yoda clock, looks like a Lego Yoda $20
I can’t wait for your Whatnot sell❤️
grandma Kathy here is so wonderful always see you girl
That dog painting. Why would they put a sticker right on the front on the paint?!
Still my og giving me great hints on what to look for❤
It was so nice to meet you in person. My daughter was jealous!!
The cats r so cute 😍
