    I am grateful for this I truly am ❤ when the student is ready the teacher will appear. I've made it I started my spiritual journey at 17 and a half I'm now 20 the amount of awareness and shadow work I've put in. This right here my spirit is already telling me I'm grateful for mastering this. My family already surprised I found my self now this I'm permanently keeping I am. Rising higher in frequency they won't even recognize my energy anymore

    I started a observing my thoughts and had a realization that I was not my thoughts and who am I, this happens about a month ago. It was the trippiest realization ever. I started studying non-duality and you popped up, you have a ignited these teachings for me in a rapid pace. Thank you so much. I have disassociated myself with feelings that arise and have been the witness as well as allowing fully any feelings that arise. It definitely takes practice but it's fun to learn because you can see a transformation happen fast. I was able to heal and cure an illness that I've had that nearly took my life. As simple as disassociating feelings from oneself and simply observing feelings but allowing them to come and go without judgment has literally saved my life physically. Thank you for taking the time to teach all of us. So much love to you sunny

    You are so good at pinning down the reality of being aware of awareness but my mind can only hold that much beyond that I cant separate the two awarenesses from each other. The former awareness is easy to experience but the latter is not.

    I get afraid when I think that I overcame something and then something happens and I find myself going back to the starting point, or when I experience a state of peace and happiness then it suddenly stops and I find myself trying desperately to experience that state of peace again, thank you so much sunny for these videos they help me a lot

      One thing I've just started to realise is its that the wanting to keep hold of the positive state is the thing to you need to allow and accept rather than struggle that it shouldn't be there ,its another thing to be seen and released .

    It really helphs...not 2 label any feeling...thats how the storytail is made up.
    Even the believe into real feelings is just a believe...the believe in any word...what a feeling is...4 example ,,vibration or heat
    is just a labeling and makes it so big.
    A feeling is just annother ,,idea...thought" believed as real...dependent what u will feel...u feel...its all Selfmagic. And jes...2 change own believes can take a moment sometimes...so patients is sometimes needed.

    Succeeding in what he's sharing keeps you in non duality which is essential. Step 2 is analogous to images arising in you the animated TV screen wherein the screen is not effected by whatever arises and ...that the images are dependent on you the analogous screen rather than the reverse. There is only the play of you awareness.
    Another analogy involves water (as you awareness) becoming an ice sculpture that appears as this or that yet from an awakened view you real eyes that the image of the sculpture is not only water, but a play of you awareness appearing as that image

    Sounds like he's talking about a negative feedback loop perpetuating through resistance. Detachment from the emotional state that comes & goes.
    Recognizing that you are experiecing an emotion, but that "feeling experience" is temporary & it too shall pass.

    That's wonderful explanation dear Sunny .. explaining in 2 steps is perfect. Step 2 made me feel I'm one with what's going on, as if I've chosen it! ! No resistance ... and strange how most of your videos come up just when I need them! I was angry&confused minutes b4 I saw the video. . Your words put me back again on track...     Do you have a another video about this? I’m still not getting it. Step 1 how do i recognize feeling without labeling them? Let’s say fear, I’ll just feel fearful ? Can i just say “ I’m recognizing this feeling right now and this is not me”?

    Unknowing I was following this practise. But kept on wondering whether what I was doing was correct. But since I felt better and stronger I kept on doing it during emotional pains.
    You have very clearly, sequentially explained these things.I was searching for these kind of step by step explanations. Even my mentor said I have to seek myself and he can only show the way.
    Keep doing your amazing work. It’s never easy to put into words all these experiences. Want to be part of all your teachings.

    This was an outstanding video to free one from feeling trapped in any situation. By taking an impersonal stand, any outcome is just another outcome. If a problem is happening the solution will come from the same Source outside yourself.

    It seems to me that becoming one with the feeling is what most people (who are acting on their feelings) are doing. A very angry person who is acting out looks like they are one with the anger. I’m sure I’m missing something…..could you address this. Thanks! Love your stuff!

    I recently discovered your channel and I love what you’re doing. It’s been helping me so much. I just have 2 quick questions… I still get angry and irritated but now I know how to sit with it, will getting irritated eventually stop? Do you still experience irritation?

      Welcome! Glad the content is helping. For the large part, it will drop away. When it does arise, it wont shake you or disturb your peace. It is like waves on the surface of the ocean. They do not affect the depths of the ocean one bit. Irritation and all other emotions still may happen from time to time, but there is less and less of a somebody there to take ownership over it, and give meaning or become bothered by it.

    Stay the objective father or mother to your subjective wounded inner child.then become one with him or her as you experience the attachment (feeling or trauma or issue etc.) This will diminish the power or energy of the attachment.
    And then afterward the subjective attachment transforms into the objective.father or mother. This is the example of Jesus on the cross.

    Great stuff. You've done a masterful job of explaining the uncoupling of the self and the feeling, then rejoining, but I'm not sure you're giving enough attention to the CAUSE of the feeling (the fight, the attack, the slight, etc) because that's where the human mind goes during these moments. Our feelings are based on an instigation. How do you keep from obsessing on the DETAILS of the event because that's what's maddening for many. Thoughts?

    So beautifully put and inspiring...You spoke to my heart and today I really needed these precise advise. Sometimes I forget: "Wake up! I see myself and I see reality!" I have had an incident and did Soma, EFT and releasing with L. Levenson's Sedona Method, but still needed your soothing words. I think that when one inquires into one's deepest hurts, it's always the fact that one (not knowingly) feels embarrassed, judged and criticized by oneself that hurts the most.

      Thanks Sunny. Loving the practical walkthrough. I’m just wondering If step 1 (detaching the self from the feelings by being aware of sensations and not thoughts) isn’t the same as using the bodily sensations as an anchor during meditation like you teach in your tutorial. I always find acceptance method and meditation so similar it’s confusing!

    Thank you for this video. I totally got it a few weeks ago and fully surrendered what emotion came up. But now it is like i don't understand it no more and feel so much resistance in my body. As if my body is not allowing me to feel the emotion because it is scared of the pain. Is this common?

    Hey Sunny, I'm going through some bad circumstances lately and deal with alot of low emotions, that's how i found your videos. So i started to practice this and I'm wondering if feeling the emotion is the same as feeling the pain in the body? Cause when i go inside and just be with those emotions all what i feel is a big heart pain

    Without feelings and emotions triggering me, I am not motivated to do anything. Example, guilt drives me to do something to make amends. But if I detach myself from the feeling of guilt or the associated emotion, then I can just be and not do anything about it. It seems to me, detaching from feelings and emotions is effectively detaching from the world around you. You can eventually lose empathy and compassion as time goes by. At least that's how it is for me. Please share your thoughts on 'motivation' in connection with detaching from feelings and emotions.
