I wish your teaching could reach the whole world. You have such an incredible way of distilling complex eastern/meta-physical processes into such a practical and understandable way. Thank you, Sunny. Please keep doing these teachings.

11:26 "thoughts are what contract the awareness into a personal perspective". So well expressed

Wow. This is deep.As for my experience, when I closed my eyes, I realized I was feeling inferior low down fear, which was coming from my subconscious programming of what I believed or felt about me. But as you said I didn't care about these interpretations that are coming and instead focused on that feeling continued to stare at it. Just looked at it.
As I looked at it fully emptily or silently, I didn't care about the interpretations any stories, knowing that it was not me and it was the mind. And suffering was gone. It was the mind that was suffering. not me. Thank you Sunny for this life changing video.
Live the life vs. Living in the mind. :) identifiying with what you are not creates all the "uneasiness". Cz What you are is always comfortable and easy and it's at rest. It is due to identification with what you are not (the problematic nature of the mind) that creates all the suffering or unsettledness in the world. It's time to open our eyes and see the truth. Choose you (Silent Bliss) VS. Mind (loud suffering through interpretation)

This method is really effective and often the emotion is dissolved in a matter of minutes and the heaviness lifts and you feel peace. I can dissolve my emotions with this method but physical pain I’m somehow not able to. I have tried but I guess I cannot go over the programming that since his hurts it is bad.

I constantly get caught up in the story of thoughts but never really shift awareness to the feelings. I will practice this more daily!

I find same thing with strong emotions: stop the story, judgement, labels, interpretation and the emotion dissipates

Perhaps you could use this method with pain......somehow, if you go to the area in your body which is in pain, and you face it and watch it.....the pain actually changes. It can move or disperse or lessen. No story about it....no judgement about why, etc. Anyway.....thanks for this, Sunny.

Sunny, I really needed this today. Have been feeling frustrated about my self realization journey. My mind has been telling me it’s an endless goose chase and I’ll never get there, even that it’s not true and I should give up trying. I’ve felt so emotional. This has really helped, thank you 🙏🏻

See what you’re falling into and identifying with. What is this “me” to whom the mind is speaking? Is this one true? Or is this one itself a mind-made identity? And if it is then what are you? Look

Thank you Sunny, this teaching is very good, I listened to it more than once to be able to ‘feel’ the detachment from mind creating emotions. I now understand how some people are able to stay calm & respond rationally in a perceived stressful situation.

these thoughts that we have are bait to lead us to the emotion. the emotion needs to be acknowledged like an ⏰️. so it sends thoughts to reel you to it. with fear the thoughts will feel intense..and it's supposed to feel intense because it needs us to decide if we are going to fight or Flee. the content of the thought never matters. you will notice after you allow the emotion to be acknowledged that you will forget what the thought was. because the emotion has been released and acknowledged...making the bait thought useless.

When you want to let go but you can't because you're addicted to suffering and pain. You procrastinate all the time, depressed about your own life, and turn to instant gratification. The answer? For a great start, you are already aware that the "mind" is addicted to suffering and pain, try to locate a deeper sense of separation from the ego mind. Perhaps thru more meditations or a positive affirmation that resonates. You are just stuck in a state of mind that views life as meaningless, you know deep down inside it is not true. Remind yourself constantly you are not the stories, you are beyond the body and mind. Sunny has so many great videos for staying aware, you are in the right place!!! The answer? The noise of the mind is blocking the answers from you, get rid of the illusion what is not you, come to term with who you are not, you hold the answers within.
