I tried this recipe today and it was delicious!! my mistake was putting 3.5 cups of chicken stock instead of 2.5 cups of chicken stock for my 1 cup of rice, so my rice ended up being moist and a little mushy, overall the rice was delicious as well as the chicken, thank you for this recipe and i will try again to make it better!
