How to Infinite Kick: Mortal Kombat Shaolin Monks Tutorial

I show how and where best to perform the Infinite Kick glitch with Kung Lao in Mortal Kombat Shaolin Monks. This trick is the main bread and butter of Any% and All Medallions OoB/IK categories. The spam-slams are a big timing trick that require really quick inputs. I'll put a video about it in the bigger tutorial project I am working on.
To do the spam-slam: Perform a short hop by pressing X for as few frames as possible, then immediately press O. Liu/Scorpion/Kung should all be able to reset the animation almost immediately and spam-slam again before the enemy hits it's invincibility frames. I would say the timing is as fast, if not faster than the speed variation of the infinite kick, so it will take some practice. I found that taking Liu/Scorpion and replaying Goro's Lair over and over for about an hour was enough practice to get consistent spam-slams.

Is the infinite kick still can get triggered if you just press the ∆ after you get out from the game menu?

The select menu will reset the ability, yes. But, to move through the air the Power attack or Quick attack must be input or Kung Lao drops a significant distance.
