I think the undertaking issue with the red car can be classed as an exceptional circumstance in this case. The red car shouldn't have been in the overtaking lane, going far too slow and therefore a danger to other road users. Kieran would not have been able to get in a position on the right of the red car to overtake For Kieran to prevent the undertake he would have had to slow down affecting the traffic following him. Safest thing to do was to maintain his speed. Driving is all about being safe.
I think so too. Shame about the positioning at the start. And this happens on real tests too, where learners drive super well but mess up on one thing.
@GoZondo Driving i made the same mistake on my test day, but the examiner said he wouldn't mark me down as my overall drive was great. But you never know, so it's always good to be mindful.
The road was clear and the red car was in the third lane, going a lot below the limit, coming up to a set of lights with a right turn. Even if the lights and right hand turn weren't there, I'd not consider that a fault. It would be more dangerous to hold back and block even more of the road, hoping they'll stop being an idiot and get in the correct lane (I don't think they turned right). Likely a minor, maybe a serious, if he did it on a 2 lane road, so he didn't have that 1 lane buffer.
What are you talking about Kieran drove realy well if you are in this situation what would you do tell me nothing you’ll be confused so i don’t know what are you talking about

Great analysis Maureen. That's why it's such a tricky one and even for examiners. Most people don't even know that undertaking is a thing.
I thought he drove really well.

Great breakdown Epsleon.
This is gonna be good🤣
There is any issue if you keep your left hand on changing leaver for long , with just one hand on the wheel like your brother ?
If the car is controlled then no there is no issue.
Mark as a question if people have got disabilities are they allowed to drive when they are 16 years old in the Uk
Hi. Yes I believe you can if you're on a certain type of Disability allowance. Not sure which one exactly though.
Thanks for letting me know Mark and as well if people have got disabilities will their driving tests be free to do or not
your not experienced driver in eight months
Maybe should have used different wording. I thought that when I was editing it. 😅
