The sound of this song reminds me a genre that was called Post-Metal some years later. The bands such Isis or Neurosis were inspired by Tool too, I think. Great Tool, as always, thank you for your reaction!

They got an assist from Melvins too, back before they got popular. You should check some Melvins sometime. I can suggest a quite a few that'd be right up your alley. Melvins had some hard shit in among all the other excellent music Buzz and Dale and co. made.

"Not on that Tool income level". I hear you. Went to see Tool as a student in 1995 and it cost me £5.50. I'm 48 now and reasonably successful with a pretty well paid job, but couldn't even contemplate paying out for a Tool gig these days.
