I went through a breakup at the beginning of the year and it’s been the perfect time for healing and self-discovery. I relate so much with “not wanting to know”- I deactivated Instagram, and I’m focusing on the things I’m realizing are important like family, fitness, reading, consuming positive content, etc. so thank you for being part of that positive content 😉

I really enjoyed this vlog and the honest chat about wanting to not be "in the know". As a content creator myself I can relate to the constant pressure to be aware of what is happening online. I actually opted to stop posting and checking tiktok this past month and it has been more positive for my mental outlook but also allowed me to refocus my attention on my preferred content, which is youtube videos.
