GIIIRRRRLLL I felt you soooo deeply!! 🥰 As someone with a very traumatic past myself I always described my problem that I never felt included or connected even though I was with the term "It feels like there is an invisible wall between me and others." ... thankfully I nearly never feel like this anymore but I absolutely know what you mean
