Had the Salter since 2018. Dropped the basket arrangement on the tiled floor, still works fine. If you shake the basket half way through, they will cook more evenly. Mine is an all metal basket, I see they are not a different style of innards compared to mine. Was a good deal, little to go wrong. I turn the burgers over half way through too, and cook far more chips than that too!
