I skipped a few of these steps. Never completely disconnected the mirror wiring, or removed the mirror frame and never needed to use a screwdriver to re-attach the mirror lens. Great job!

Good video. Just that to fit the mirror into the lower part of the square plastic holder at the end, better to just use your fingers than the screwdriver. I just did it today.

Don’t stick the flat screw driver like shown. I cracked the mirror like that. Just push the bottom part of the mirror in and that way you can push the clips back in. Otherwise great video! Thanks

Great video however after re-assembly my drivers mirror (RHD) has a mind of its own won’t program to the memory and when it dips in reverse it goes back to its highest Tilt upwards and keeps clicking as if it wants to go further. Wouldn’t have bothered with the LED upgrade if I had known I was going to mess up my mirror :(

How to mangle your mirror in 5 easy steps!
Don’t worry about the heaters, motor, housing, plastics, clips, wiring, outer covers, or bulbs. That’s all unnecessary.
99% of those that will attempt this will be far better served to pay this guy to do it for them. This type of work is a talent and skill, he has both, it’s not an ability easily found.

Wassup Lam. I noticed on top of your windshield you have a weather strip right above the banner. Is that how it came factory? I have an IS250 and I don't have any rubber stripping above the windshield. Just wondering.
