Medical aid hoist rescue, the Ortega mountains Riverside County California. 

Today was a pretty hot day here in Riverside County. The aircrew of Rescue 9 received a medical aid call in reference to two female hikers who were hiking for several hours and had run out of water. They were located via their GPS position provided to dispatch. A rescue specialist was hoisted in and prepared the two for hoist. They were hoisted out and flown to awaiting medical personnel.
