Paul Chek has been promoting this movement for a while and it really feels good in the hips, groin, and low back. But the bar hanging variant is something I've never seen before - it's great! You can also do it sat on a stability ball
So many people really appreciating this one . . . (clearly beneficial and easy to incorporate into daily life - I recommend this for ad breaks while watching TV) . . . anyway it's good that it was worthwhile - considering your kids will never agree to being seen in public with you ever again! 😁
@@OriginalStrengthSystem Tim I knew your Dad is a Vietnam vet. I hope he listens to your advice. 5 or maybe 10 years ago, I drove to your facility for a one hour consult with you. You spoke of your Dad at that time. Just an update, in 2017, I was reared ended at a red traffic signal, and pushed another 1/2 football field past the intersection. A ford 350 going full speed limit. Now I do your resets even more than before. Whether you remember any of this does not matter, you have helped so many thousands. I enjoyed that workout, and thank you for the blessing you gave me before I departed. from J M Asheboro.
Tim, when i try to draw circles with my coccyx when in line at Safeway, because it feels so good, everyone stares at me. Why is feeling good so odd to so many?
Great stuff Tim! But in all fairness, imagine me, with my accent, teaching this to english speaking students while using the proper 'Coccyx' term. Somebody would definitely die laughing :D I'll have to use some easier alias, like tail bone tip or something! :)
“…writing your name in cursive” 😂😂😂 #goals love it!

Thanks Tim
You never know what Tim’s going to come up with! but his moves are always helpful/ therapeutic
Thank you!
Feels great - also helped release some stuff in my upper back / neck! Thanks!
That’s awesome!
I am a Vietnam Veteran with service connected low back injuries. I love this. Especially, while hanging with feet on the ground. Thanks so much.
So glad this is helpful to you! My dad is a Vietnam Vet as well. Thank you for your service and courage.

Coccygeal cursive is fun! Thanks for another great tip Tim.❤️ the OS approach
I love the title!
Qigong, tai chi & kung fu all use this as a lower back warm up as well
So simple but very difficult and surprisingly exhausting.
Hopefully in a good way!
@@OriginalStrengthSystem Oh yes. Just surprised me is all.
There aint nothing to it, but to do it.
Noish!

Bahahaha!
Hey Bones!!!! PS Do you mean using "THE" rather than using "TO" in the title of the video?
Indeed I did! Thanks 🙏!
TOS
Maybe straight lines to start?
Looks like a door frame might work for 1st step
You could try to move onto taijitu after the infinities
Great suggestions, sir.

Dammit Tim, I’m a Doctor, not a demo dummy!
