Ingredient:
Pani - 2 liter
Namak - taste according
Hakka Noodles - 200g

Oil - 2 tbsp
Garlic / Lehsun - 3 tbsp
Green Hari Chilli - 2 tbsp
Cabbage / Patta Gobhi - 1 cup
Green Chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp
Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
Tomato Sauce - ½ tbsp
Amchur - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - ½ tsp
Pepper Powder - ½ tsp
Black Salt - ½ tsp
White Salt - ½ tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Coriander Powder - 3/4 tsp
Red Chilli Paste - 1 tbsp (optional)
Carrot / Gajar - 1
Onion / Pyaaz - 2
Capsicum / Shimla Mirch - 1 small
Spring Onion - garnishing karne ke lie

Tried Ur recipe today turned out really yummy.
Tasted just like the ones we eat in weddings or at restaurants.
A small tip to make sure noodles doesn't stick to each other is to add a few drops of oil while boiling noodles
This recipe was just amazing because I tried it ,it came out very delicious 👌👌
