Ingredients:
Chinese Bhel ki Recipe
Lehsun / Garlic - 4 tbsp (katne ke baad, 15-20 kaliya)
Tel - 3 tbsp
Adrak - 1 inch
Hari Mirch - 1
Kashmiri Lal Mirch - 3 tbsp
Sichuan Pepper - 3-4 pc
Pani - 1 se 2 glass
Namak - taste according
Cheeni - ½ tsp
Citric acid - 1 chutki / ya fir 2 tsp nimbu juice
Ajinomoto - 1 chutki optional
Corn Flour - 1 se 2
Pani - Noodles Boil Karne ke Lie
Hakka Noodles - 1 packet/200g
Namak - noodles boil ke lie 1 tsp
Oil - noodles fry karne ke lie
Pyaaz - 1 slice
Patta Gobhi - ½ cup slice kia hua
Hara Pyaaz - ¼ cup

Update: I made this again last night. I put half the amount of red chilli powder shown in the video, and it turned out amazing. The taste was the same but it was less spicy, exactly as we wanted.
