Pata gobi - 1 ½ cups
Gajar - ½
Pyaz - ½
Adrak lehsun paste - 1 tsp
Kali mirch powder - ½ tsp
Garam masala - ¼ tsp
Namak - to taste
Lal mirch powder - ½ tsp
Maida - 4 tbsp
Arrowroot/Corn flour - 4 tbsp
Oleev Active Oil - to fry
Sauce ke liye
Oil - 2 tbsp
Lehsun - 2 tbsp
Adrak - ½ inch
Hari mirch - 2
Lal simla mirch - 2 tbsp
Schezwan chutney - 3 tsp
Tomato sauce - 3 tsp
Red chilli sauce - 1 tsp
Soya sauce - 2 tsp
Paani - 1 cup
Namak - ½ tsp
Kali mirch powder - ½ tsp
Corn flour/Arrowroot - 2 tsp
Paani - ½ cup
Hara Pyaaz - to garnish
Chowmein
Paani - to boil
Namak - 1 tsp
Noodles - 150 gm
Oil - 1 tbsp (coating ke liye)
Capsicum - 3 color, ½ cup total
Patta Gobi - ½ cup lamba kata hua
Gajar - ½ lambi kati hui
Pani - 2 tsp, sabzi wet karne ke lie
Oil - 1 tbsp (chowmein ke lie)
Garlic - 1tbsp chopped
Pyaaz - ½, slice
Green Chili - 2
Red Chili Sauce - 1 tsp
Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
Vinegar - ½ tsp
Tomato Sauce - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste

Today I made your style Schezwan chutney. I had it at a friend's house, but it was the ready made variety. I loved it and wanted to make something similar.
The end result was mind-blowing... especially because I am an average cook. It came out to be a little sweet, because I got tired of peeling all the garlic, and left some but my teenage son fell in love with the chutney.🎉🎉. I made a small jar full. But I guess it will be a staple on my dining table. I am surprised at the simplicity with which you showed the whole process. I could follow it very well. Thanks a lot🙏🙏
