I also can not eat avocados 🤦🏻♀️😩 The cookies sounds so amazing though. Wish I could.. but I can’t have any kind of nuts. A common allergen-free recipe would be great. Nut free dessert

Try Swerve! It’s THE BEST sweetener with no adverse effects or blood sugar spikes. It’s big in the Keto community. It doesn’t have a weird bitter aftertaste if you use too much either, and works great in baked goods as you can sub it for Sugar with the exact same measurements! No weird conversions. I tried to do kelp noodles but couldn’t stand the slimy consistency. I felt like I was eating actual worms! 🤮

Sorry Chloe, but I've done a university project about GMO, there's no reason to avoid it. If you worry about the pesticides, how they affect our health and the environment, sure, go for organic, but not because it's not GMO. Otherwise, great video! :D
If you want to be healthy, you should limit your meat intake to 2 days a week or so - this will lower the risk of getting colon cancer, while also sparing the environment

I do indulge in sweet foods sometimes. But I try my best to stick with sugar free treats. Try dark chocolate with stevia if that helps! :)

My energy is draining when i do if. My eating window is on 12pm-8pm but usually i dont eat after 7pm. any suggestion?
You can try to do 12-14 hours fast instead so maybe you can start eating at 9am to 7pm or 10am to 7pm. I'll recommend you to eat if you're hungry. :)
Count your calories to see if your eating enough, a lot of people accidentally undereat on IF.
Does this also help with growing my bum?
