I love intermittent fasting. Never really felt hungry in the mornings, so my breakfasts usually consisted of a glass of milk. What I discovered about fasting is that it's all about the mindset. Really. If I go to sleep with the mindset of fasting, it's way easier. If I go to sleep thinking that perhaps tomorrow I won't do it, guess what? I get hungry in the morning.
what I know about this method is that you can eat anything at anytime within the range of 8 hours and involve no eating/calories absorption for the rest 16 hours. For example, you start eating at 12pm so you will stop eating at 8pm and have no meal until 12pm the next day. The start and end time can be adjusted to fit your daily schedule but it have to be consistent with other days. You actually can have unhealthy food and it still works, but better do it with some exercises and healthy food to have better results

Still this method seems to not give you enough strength or energy to do workout, so you may want to take exercises that are not too heavy, and also apply this method temporarily

@@arcol079 I always find it funny when people say this. Sugar isn't bad. The uneccessary added sugar that is in a lot of processed food is. All sugar is processed in your body the exact same way as carbs. Unless you're going keto and trying to reduce your net carb intake as close to 0 as possible,, you're eating a lot of sugar. Sugar is carbs. Those handful of berries: sugar. That bowl of oatmeal: sugar. Yes, they don't have ADDED sugar, but they are still full of carbs and it's exactly the same thing as your body processes it.

I am a victim of late night cravings haha so I've bought some natural hunger control pills that will prevent them. It's working quite well for me along with the healthy full meals that I eat, but bear in mind they're not substitutes for a meal.

Hi Chloe i love your paleo banana bread recipe it's very simple i followed everything. I made this morning it turns out good even though the texture is not what I expected for a bread. I was wondering maybe the i should put more flour. 55 g is only 1/4 cup according to google. I Should make it up to 1/2 coconut and 1/2 almond flour. I will try it again tomorrow coz i really like it.

@@bekyboop8227 Intermittent fasting is a way of eating style where you don't eat for a certain amount of time and you eat for the rest (talking about 24h). I started with 12h fast, 8:00pm to 8:00am and would eat my three meals starting 8:00am to 8:00pm.then I change to 16h fasting and 8h window to eat, sometimes I did three meals or 2meals. So I would start eating at 10am one day and finish at 6pm, then I would fast till the next day and break my fast at 10am. After a few days I noticed I could go on with the fasting didn't get hungry so I started doing 20h fasting and 4 hour window eating. Your body slowly adjusts and it is very beneficial.
@@ainaniazzyati not really, it was just a way to get use to the next level of IF, I started losing weight when doing 20:4. In those 4 hours I would eat two big balanced meals, but lately I haven't been eating too healthy and I am still going down. My waist is down 4cm. I don't use scale, because it can be deceiving and discouraging.
I don't skip my breakfast and I eat around 9 am and I just skip dinner. I've been fasting for like 2 weeks now and I don't know if I'm getting less results than if I would just skip breakfast, so I can't wait for your update!

Chloe I actually tried your banana bread recipe and I only used almond flour and instead of baking soda I used baking powder but it came out soo fluffy!
How long did it take you to get into such a great shape?? I been working out and eating healthy since August and I did lose some weight but I am scared that at some point I will stop losing weight. Also even though I visibly lost a lot of weight through the months the scales haven't changed at all so idk whats happening there. I don't feel any muscles or anything I wouldn't say I have more muscle mass. It's just weird that everyone is losing weight and I'm kind of stuck even though I been training so intensely and eating so well. I'm started intermittent fasting today but I ate some ice cream and pizza but I really didn't want to. I live with my parents so I don't have control what I get to eat but I'll try to eat better. I'm excited to lose some fat because even though I have high metabolism, I don't really try to get rid of fat. Wish me luck!

To everyone who have craves at night or early mornings, try taking melatonin (if you don’t have any early work the next morning) it really helps me sleep, I started using it like three days ago and I started sleeping 10 hours a night, usually woke up around 11:00-11:40 and it helped a lot :)

perhaps try to have fuller meals? Maybe you aren't eating enough. You can try to drink tea if that helps!

Trang Pham working out should be done around the last two hours of fasting because the body is more likely ro burn fat at that time.

To everyone who have craves at night or early mornings, try taking melatonin (if you don’t have any early work the next morning) it really helps me sleep, I started using it like three days ago and I started sleeping 10 hours a night, usually woke up around 11:00-11:40 and it helped a lot :)
